Too hot day so many guest stay near outdoor pool, I have no chance enter pool, also near pool area much wet corridor and in elevator....

Checking in time was delayed for almost two hours due to short staff with cleaning crew. Always use same hotel and first time late check in

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had great service. Enjoyed the breakfast! We had a total of 4 rooms. We stayed for several days and enjoyed it.

There’s nothing like having breakfast while the tv is playing a channel stating how bad the nationality of your family is. I cannot understand why the management allows this kind of propaganda to be played in the breakfast room. It’s very offensive and enough to land this hotel on my never return list.
Aside from that, tons of holes in my towels, bed comfy and room clean. Breakfast lackluster and many things seemed to be missing. Main entrance closed during our stay, seemed to be some construction going on.
And oh yeah, don’t expect to sleep in. At 8am housekeeping will start knocking. And then you hang out the DND sign and they come back again at 9am to knock.
Don’t bother visit this hotel.

Great place to stay. Washed and ironed clothes. Check in was easy. Breakfast was hot. Enjoyed all aspects of my stay.

Not only officr staff was very accommodating, but housekeeping were cordial and friendly. Breakfast was excellent prefer sausage to bacon, but still great. Lol

The room AC had an issue. It was releasing water onto the floor. The carpet was wet, the bed was very damp.Did not dehumidify the room. When I picked my bags up off the floor to leave in the am the bottoms were wet. The breakfast was cold and didn't refill items. We ate breakfast early. I told front desk about the AC issue. The staff was super friendly and polite. The bathroom was clean with quality ammenties. Good location, did not hear highway traffic.

When we get to the Hotel we were greeted by front desk very friendly got here earlier then 3:00pm and accommodated us fast and politely. Pool clean . Breakfast Good. Room clean. Overall will stay here again

Everything was top notch at this location! Cleanliness of the room upon a arrival and thru-out our stay! We were on the top floor just off the elevator and the room was very quite. Breakfast was very good and abundant quantities.
Can't say enough about the management and staff these folks took pride in there work and it showed! If there was anything negative to not it would have been the selection of channels available on the tv.
