Great location for quick walk or optional shuttle to Truist park. Good breakfast. Wish it was served til 10 am weekdays too.

Clean hotel. Shuttle service to truist park but also within walking distance. Maid service was outstanding. We did have a problem with the door to our room and the front desk was not much help but a sweet maid knew the problem right away and got it taken care of in 5 minutes.

A/C was too loud ( Tech was gone for the day so had to sleep with ear plugs on). Found a live roach on the couch. Toilet was clogged ( but maintenance took care of that one right away).

Female clerk on second shift, Saturday, was rude. Couldn't be bothered to look up from her cellphone to help at check-in, with requests or to directions within hotel. Didnt give any information about amenties or breakfast. Phone in room didnt work, bath tub faucet leaked all night, ALL gym equipment was broken and ice machine was leaking water all over the floor (they had towels down, but it was still running).

We stayed here to attend a Braves baseball game. We were very satisfied with everything about the hotel, and were pleasantly surprised that they provided a shuttle to the game!

Loved the Shuttle to the ballpark. Had no idea and didn’t expect it. That was a very nice service.

The hotel was great. The purpose of the trip was to see Brave's ballgames on back-to-back days. The location is perfect. A short, and safe, 8-10 minute walk.

We stayed In a 2 bedroom. The AC unit was falling off wall in 2nd BR. Also the remote was not working to the TV. And the light switch on the wall was not connected to lights

Great location near the ballpark and restaurants. The room was comfortable and remarkably quiet despite the location. Will stay there again when I'm back in town.

Overall, the hotel was in a good condition. It was clean and comfortable. My baddest period was the people on the front desk. They barely understood English, and they barely spoke it. The shuttle they offer to and from the battery it’s fake.

Room was nice, however, don’t stay close to the Communications room. Very loud. Ice machine doesn’t work on a few floors. The elevator was pretty worn down.

Everything was very nice

My biggest complaint was that two of the three ice machines I found were not working. Also, one of the side entrance doors did not allow us to re-enter with our key cards. The night shift desk clerk said it was broken. Hotels should be more diligent about keeping their properties in good working order.

The hotel is dated which is ok. The bad part is it is right on the highway and you’ll hear loud traffic the whole night!

It was the perfect Braves Game Weekend! Check in was quick, and staff was helpful. Very clean, very convenient. 100% will stay again!

Front deal personnel was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, not great.

The hotel location is convenient and close to the Battery, which is ideal. The lobby was updated and fresh looking, but that’s where it stopped. The button on the wall to call the elevator was missing. The room itself was clean, except for the mystery goo on the headboard that was covered by pillows. The carpet felt grungy to walk on barefoot. You could see a spot where the iron had previously been set down on the floor and had melted the carpet a little. Bed slept fine. Bathroom was fine. Overall met our needs.

Good location next to Battery area, felt mostly safe. Room was nice but walls are thin. Breakfast surprisingly good. Would come back.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The road noise was probably the loudest ive ever heard in a hotel room.

Good staff. Average breakfast options. Equipment in exercise room was minimal. Elliptical did not work.

It was a very nice stay I will say the pool isn’t heated and wasn’t as clean as it should be other than that it was super nice and quiet the breakfast was nice the staff was nice as well

Nothing special, but safe & clean os always appreciated. My only complaint would be that there is only 1 waffle maker, so having to wait to use it was annoying. Get 2 or 3 more waffle makers to expedite wait time

Very convenient to my business meeting at the Battery in Atlanta.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was decent. Accesible hotel to restaurants and shopping area. Only complaint i had was the receptionist upon checking in. She never smiled or greeted us. No conversation whatsoever. She seemed unintrested in working at the front desk. No eye contact. Just some glance and a frown. Other employees were nice.

Our stay was very pleasant overall. Breakfast was great! Our only issue was the traffic noise outside, but that’s just due to the hotel’s location.

Lights & AC didn’t work

It was just okay. Overall, I've stayed at worse. Breakfast was decent and the rooms were pretty nice. Pool needs upgrading and was cold. The ladies at the front desk were less than helpful. We needed pillows for the pullout couch and they claimed to not have them. I'm not sure how you offer pullout couches and then dont supply pillows.

My wife and I had plans with friends to enjoy the Battery for the day and had book a night a month in advance. We showed up to the hotel at 12pm and they said our room would be ready by 2pm but they would hold it for us if we showed up later. We showed up at the hotel at 8:30, were given keys to the room. When we arrived to our room, there was a do not disturb sign on the door. We knocked on the door, no answer. We went into the room and it had not been cleaned and was a disaster. I went back down to the front desk and told them about the condition of the room, and they just kinda looked at me in shock, and said they were not sure what to do. About 25 minutes later, one of the associates came back to the front desk and told me that there had been a miscommunication and they had not cleaned the room. No kidding. He said that it would be at least 45 minutes to an hour until this would be completed. By this time it was already 9:30 PM. We decided to cancel our stay, since we were not sure if and when we would be able to actually get settled. Terrible experience, especially since they did nothing to even try to accommodate us.

What I like the most in this place is the cleanliness. Smell good, everybody it’s so nice.
