The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The room was ok the only thing i would change is the ac unit it is loud they need to awitch to central AC. I had to switch rooms because the unit was so loud.. it was hard to get a good night sleep

Our room was on the 3rd floor, the hallway had a mothball odor. Our actual room smelled like urine and it seemed to come from the heat/ac unit ny the window.
The second and first floor hallways including the breakfast room all smelled great.

It was a little hard to get into but it was an excellent experience overall.

Reagan made quick work of our check-in and was very pleasant. Our King bed room was very comfy and clean. The bed was nice with plenty of pillows. The lounge chair has seen better days and was only good for holding clothes, not people! There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom.
Pauline provided a nice warm breakfast with several hot options. Parking was right out front.

Staff were friendly but the seat of the arm chair in my room was broken. Also the cleaners need to do a better job. The clothes closet hadn't been vacuumed and there was a lot of dust behind the nightstand. The windows were dirty and the elevator had tons of finger smudges on the stainless steel.

Very fast check in. Place was clean staff friendly and helpful. Rooms was up to standards and bathroom really clean evev microwave and fridge. Would stay again when in Dothan and recommend it to others.

1st time stay at this hotel and chain. Served our overnight stay needs well with ample sized room and very comfortable bed. Room was cleaned well. Breakfast was good.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. It was a great price and we enjoyed our stay.

Decent for the price but our room smelled like pot and the floor had many stains.

They had no a/c running in the halls or common areas. I know it is end of October but this area maintains highs in 80's this time of year. I turned the a/c on high cool and my room never got comfortable. I was hot all night which makes for bad sleeping conditions.

Please don’t stay here. They offered at least 3 rooms each smelled really loud of mildew. When brought to the attention of staff no apology was ever offered or refund. After offering the third room she walked up with my fiancé and said she would bring febreze which isn’t gonna help mildew smell. She never bright febreze . THE ONLY REASON WE STAYED IS BC AFTER paying $130, they would not give a refund even after seeing the condition of the room and the smell. I woke up sneezing and coughing! Worst hotel experience ever!

The hotel was quiet and the breakfast and coffee was delicious. The condition of the room wasn’t as nice as I had remembered. The carpet needs to be replaced due to the moldy smell and stains.

We stayed here six months ago. In room 314 the armchair was broken, and it’s still broken!

Price was right.
The room was musty smelling. Host did not offer to change room,"turn the air up" was her solution. She was not very helpful when asked to suggest local restaurants.

The bed sheets were never changed from the last person who stayed. The rooms both smelled like old cigarettes and were very humid.

The room smelled terrible, the sheets were dirty and smelled like someone's arm pit, and the entire room felt like a sticky moist dumpster.

The room was musty and smelled moldy. It wasnt well lite and the tv sevice that you are useing was difficult to navigate. Overall ok at best definitely not an 8 on the scale. Id give it a 6 at best.

Easy to find , check in and out was a breeze !

The hotel itself has a weird musty smell. Check in was so slow. I had prepaid through 3rd party site. She found my reservation immediately but took another 10 mins of clicking to check us in. The line to check in just kept getting longer and longer. Not the friendliest person either. Other than that the room was run down but not horrible. I felt safe and it was a cheap stay so I would stay again long as I wasn't in a hurry to get into my room.

The hotel was just average. The rooms are quite clean. But there was an issue with the television it would not work or come on. It just needs to be a thorough check of all the rooms to make sure the devices work. And the plumbing could be updated as well

This was the worst hotel in my entire life! It was filthy, moldy and unsafe. There were questionable characters (non guests) roaming the halls. When I mentioned my concern to the front desk they said, “we are aware.” They made no effort to remove or call police to the property. Our room was dirty and moldy. When we asked for a new room we were told there were no other rooms and they offered us Febreze and new pillows. Completely unacceptable. The property also falsely advertised stating newly renovated property. The attached pictures will speak for themselves.
