Our room floor wasn’t clean, when we made a call, receptionist said, room service comes once a week,
Shower flow was so low, I hardly can take soap out of my body

I didn’t not stay my revation was cancel and the receptionist told me the hotel was filled up and didn’t not to help me at all that not good business I was so disappointed in your service

Nobody was at the desk upon check in. Had to call the main number to get someone there. Then was told my reservation was cancelled due to no double beds and that they should have called me well they didn't. Had to take a double bed and share instead of 2 beds in the room. No breakfast as advertised or restaurant. Keys stopped working had to go back to desk. Outlet didn't work had to reset that.

Older place, rooms updated with laminate flooring which is much nicer than carpet. Clean, comfortable bed. Very little water pressure in the shower, no coffee pot or coffee in the rooms. ( Did see a card later where you can request one tho.) ok for quick one night stop.

It was very comfortable. Just needed a place to stay while i was up visiting family , it was very good stay , almost overslept on check out day ! Lol

Property was located near the major highway and was a number of restaurants to dine as well.
Ample parking as well and staff were friendly and courtesy!!!

After the first nights stay I found out they have bed bugs by welts all over my body

The drain in the bathroom wasn’t draining when had taken a shower. I pulled an excess of a strangers hair out of the drain and it still didn’t drain well. Other then that the experience was very pleasant and the staff was very accommodating.

Its a little bit of a challenge to find at night and the beds are hard. Also, the linens,bed and bathroom are very chinzy.

Everything was great, only need to do better on enforcing the “no pets in the elevator” rule, several chose to ignore it.

Arrived late past midnight. No one was at front desk. Waited 2 hours. Called the 800 number and they could not get a hold of anyone. Ended up getting a room at the nearby Holiday inn for the night. Found Roaches in the room. Musty odor in the room.

Room dark and deodorized with unpleasant overpowering odor that permeated everything. Only well lit area I saw was lobby. AC unit was loud and weak. Everything was basically clean.

Overwhelming smell of air freshener which makes one wonder what's trying to be hidden. Shower had dirt on the floor. Carpet was dirty. The bed was comfortable.

The customer service could have been better.Upon entering the hotel at 115 p.m. I was not greeting at the time the room on the first floor was ready. The gentleman enter the front desk and did not speak and I said hello. He did not saying abything. Therefore I thought the young man was hard of hearing
Customer service can be better The lady we going put them in 103 like we were not human the front desk and take some customer service training because they should be little friendly .

What A Fantastic Friday!
Greetings All,
The extended stay property was good; especially since I just needed a place to sleep after visiting a friend. It was also convenient for stores to be 5 minutes away; if I needed anything. The only two things I would suggest are having a modern TV and putting better lights in the Hallway. I tried to access my Netflix Account and was unsuccessful. I returned late from my friend's BBQ; the hallway was dim.

Guess you get what you pay for. Needed a place that was pet friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard and make a noise every time you moved. Room appeared to be clean however found men’s boxers near the chair in the corner. The AC unit was dirty. You could hear the people in the room next door all night partying. I would not recommend this hotel.

The furniture in the room was dated and filthy. The kuerig machine for coffee was dirty. The hallway reeked of marijuana. I have stayed at better hotels for the price I paid for this one.

The property is easily accessible and the room was clean. The problem I had is with an incident at the property while I was there. There were at least two different people banging on the door of a nearby room yelling at the person inside to open the door from midnight to almost 2am. The person at the front did go twice to address the situation, but the people continued with hitting the door and yelling. There was additional yelling within the room at 3:21am that soon ended for the remainder of the night. The property was fine and clean, but the experience was very disappointing.
