Great stay at Jenny Lake Lodge. Compared to our time at the Lake Yellowstone Hotel, where the seasonal staff seemed to still be learning the ropes, the team at Jenny Lake was extremely well trained and solicitous. The setting is gorgeous; the property is lovely; and the food in the dining room is tasty, fresh, and often local. Two things for new visitors to note: the cabins aren't large. At this price point, one might expect more square footage, but the cabins are more cozy than spacious. Second, breakfast and dinner are included in the price, but gratuities are not. All that said, staying at Jenny Lake is a truly special experience that I would recommend to anyone.

It’s located in the Teton National Park. And is in such a beautiful setting.

Jenny Lake Lodge is situated in a very beautiful location in the grand Teton national Park. It has history and charm.

Jenny Lake Lodge is a very charming, rustic and delightful lodge. All of the service people are enthusiastic and helpful. The restaurant was very good although expensive. I gave it four stars because while the general location inside the park is good, the lodge itself is not on or in sight of the lake, and there are minimal views of the area except from directly in front of the small central lodge building.

Great stay at Jenny Lake. Beautiful location, cosy cabin, staff really friendly and helpful. Only a fine dining option (collared shirt needed); it is expensive, but very good. Great hiking nearby - easy walk to Jenny Lake itself, then you can hike all the way round it.

Highly recommend. Excellent service. Our lodge had a wonderful view of the Tetons. Couldn't have been better. We had all inclusive package and enjoyed it. Food was very good. Went horse riding which was excellent. Lodge was very clean, very nicely decorated.

Had to check out a day early due to a family matter. The general manager would have nothing to do with us. They would not refund us for one night. We will never go back. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

We stayed 2 nights, had a lovely lodge cabin which was convenient to hiking and touring. It seemed over priced and not necessarily worth the extra cost. We didn’t have dinner in the lodge but dined at the Signal Mountain Lodge which is on the lake.

Very accommodating staff, great food, unique lodging, and the most amazing views of the Grand Tetons.

Very cozy & comfortable cabins, but a little high-priced for what you get. Also, the dining room is "jacket-preferred", not expected when you're on a National Parks tour.

Jenny Lake Lodge is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are clean and cozy. Staff cleans rooms daily, and they deliver ice as well. I wasn’t expecting this for a Lodge. They go above and beyond with ensuring comfort during the stay. The staff members are friendly and professional. Some cabins are duplex while others are single. The bedding is divine! High quality!
There were several deer that stayed near the lodges. The surrounding trails and lakes are breathtaking. Patrons will pay $35 to obtain a pass for entry into the Great Teton National Forest for a week.
The dinners have great reviews. They request a jacket and dress attire. Unfortunately, we didn’t know this before packing. Guests should know meals are approximately $100 each. The Chef hand picks all ingredients. We will be prepared for our next visit!
Jenny Lake Lodge is my new favorite place...a little slice of Heaven on Earth! You will not be disappointed!

A jewel in the wilderness. Fine dining. Luxurious bed and cozy cabin. Lodge lobby was beautiful. Lodge offers bikes, horseback riding and more. We had a wonderful stay and took a long hike around Jenny Lake. The mountain view was just incredible.

Over Priced , There are much better places for less.

Incredible location. Purposefully rustic. The most helpful cordial staff I have ever encountered. Can’t wait to go back. Photos taken right from our cabin porch.

Really negligent check in and check out. Hardly reflective of a 4-Diamond hotel.

Great log cabin but so over priced! I pay less for nicer rooms in NYC. We were out hiking and exploring the Tetons from sun rise to sun set so really just used the bed, that's all.

Outstanding staff and amenities in a charming setting. The meals package (pre fixe breakfast and dinner) runs the rates up to eight hundred'ish per day. We eat mainstream food, so there was tremendous waste from our plates. One reason we don't do cruises is the emphasis on food; we prefer adventures. We've no regrets, but would not make the same choice if we ever return to the Tetons.

This was my first trip to a national park. I picked a year that is breaking all previous attendance records and that fact was obvious at every facet of my trip. Crowds, traffic, noise and bad smells had me wondering whether I had a made a wrong turn into WallyWorld rather than Grand Teton. However, all that ceased every time I turned into Jenny Lake Lodge (JLL). JLL is a refuge within the national park. It is located in a magnificent setting, the best in the park of any lodge. It is quiet, allows access to major hiking trails without getting back in your car. The cabins are exceptionally clean, insanely quiet and the lodge provides small amenities which I appreciated given the fact that this place ain't cheap. In short, I highly recommend JLL. I did not partake of the gourmet dining, at NYC prices, though everyone I spoke with who did eat in the dining room seemed satisfied. There are two very local dinner options, each about 7 miles away where you can rub elbows with locals and guides, have a couple of drinks and eat like someone who is looking to escape corporate America, not embrace it in the wilderness. Each of the three nights I was at JLL there was a different guitar player in the lounge in the evening. Each musician was great, a nightcap, the music and quiet mountain air provides all you need to get the knots out of your psyche. Worth the price, do your head a favor and enjoy a few nights of bucolic bliss at Jenny Lake Lodge.

I was worried when I booked this room...but had no other choice of hotel venue since I booked so late. It was much more than I wanted to spend at $400+ a night. However, on arrival and then departure...I would have paid every penny and more. Basic, but clean and nice, individual small log cabins. Nothing to complain about them...just nothing out of the ordinary. Service at main lodge was impeccable. Actives each day such as astronomers/star gazing, classical guitarist, bird sanctuary visit, etc etc. 3 best things: 1) View of Tetons is second to none. 2) 5 course amazing dinner AND breakfast (INCLUDED in rate) for our family of 3. Only had to purchase our wine and alcoholic drinks with dinner. SERIOUSLY wonderful, gourmet meals (and yes I've travelled the world and have been blessed to enjoy much fine dining). 3) Horseback riding for my family of 3 INCLUDED in rate. Thought it would be cheesy and didnt want to go. Was the most amazing 2 hour guided horseback ride we have ever experienced through the mountains, up the mountains, down the mountains...riding through streams to cross them. Beautiful. WILL be back again. Don't second guess spending the money to stay here!

Terrific time enjoying the mountains with a cozy morning and evening refuge. First class dining at 7,000 feet with unparalleled mountain views and incredibly friendly service.

We rented the room only with no meals included. The problem is the only dining options are the fixed price ones. And its a very high price. We had to leave the property to find a more reasonable meal. And its very hard to park your car around all the little cabins. Rather confusing as to where to park. We won't be staying there again. There are much more reasonable options

The Lodge is not on Jenny Lake, but nearby. We were not informed that they expected coats at dinner. The room cost included dinner and breakfast, and free horse back riding. The suggested prices for dinner started at $70 to $85 per entre per person. Although included, with drinks and tips added, the tip alone was more than most fine restaurants. There are no other dining facilities within in 25 or 30 miles. The log cabims are in the woods and no view except the pines.

Overall we came away the most disappointed with this hotel out of six we visited in the US and Canada. The bathrooms in particular were lacking considering it's star rating and cost and the service was patchy.
