Heated indoor pool! Very warm, which was a lifesaver on a very rainy day with a bored child. We were so grateful we booked here. Very clean, kind staff, and reasonable price.

Stayed here four times now. It’s a modern hotel with great staff,nice rooms,good aircon,a nice pool and gym and it’s only 15 minutes walk from the main shopping and restaurant area.

The hotel was ideally situated close to the station, we arrived from Madrid. The pool was a welcome bonus.
All the staff were lovely and very helpful and arranged car hire for the following day with no problems which was a great help.

Tte hotel itself is fine , rooms are good with nice clean modern bathrooms 90% of the hotel is good . But I booked our trip because of the advertised spa/ swimming pool /sauna etc. these aspects are very disappointing, pool is nothing special and the stated jacuzzi is just rubbish and the sauna is basically a hot shed squeezed in a room near the gym. Don’t book this hotel expecting a nice spa / swimming pool because there isn’t one .

Really can’t fault this hotel - from the staff the location the facilities the cleanliness- all superb. I highly recommend this hotel. I shall be returning

Extremely friendly and accommodative staff. They even opened up the breakfast early as there was marathon event in the city and a lot of guests, myself included, was participating.
Room and facilities was alright, but the staff was the highlight.

Basic nice. In the room, bath tub was very stained, room scent was disturbingly strong or perhaps it was an insect repellent and when you shower water dripped past the shower glass so that I had to throw all extra towels on the floor to dry it.

This property has easy access to both the port and airport. It’s extremely clean, the restaurant is lovely and the food is delicious. The staff is alert and attentive to the needs of their guests. We highly recommend and would stay there once again.

Good hotel spot just outside the historic city centre. Roughly a 5/10 minute walk from Maria Zambrano train station and a 15/20 minute walk from the city centre. The main Malaga beach is a longer walk, roughly 30 minutes. Room was spacious and the bed was huge. Great gym and pool area, however the sauna wasn’t very hot and the steam room was closed during our stay which was a shame. Can’t comment on the restaurant area as we always ate out during our stay. Hotel staff were very quick responding to any queries.

Maria at the Reception was an amazing host. We got the main Suite and all thank to her. My family loved every bit. Will highly recommend the Hotel. Central to the town centre and located opposite the port - great views

Stayed twice in 3 weeks. Service was perfect & rooms were lovely. Everything was really clean. Well positioned for Malaga MZ train station (5 minute walk) & the airport on the C1 line. Would certainly stay again. The sea is opposite so if you go right you reach the Beach & Restaurants/Bars. Left & you can walk into town & the port. If I had one thing I would say is can you have little cards for solos that people can pop on their breakfast table as my breakfast got cleared when I got up to get something. Otherwise two perfect trips.

Everything was great but our room air conditioner in room 430 was not working properly. I called twice and still not good. My husband and I couldn’t sleep well because it was too hot.

As a Spanish person leaving in the uk I find it very strange that I was asked for an address in mainland Spain for me to check in as I’m not living in there. I didn’t have one and I got really cross. I don’t think I will be staying there again

the property was located farther from main activity areas than we would have liked. The hotel was not as luxurious as other 4 star hotels.

Room wasn't clean - clumps of dirt on the floor. Bed wasn't locked so it slided. Bathtub and amenties feel dated.

Spacious room and bathroom bathroom even by American standards. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and only 7 min walk from the train station. Short walk to main attractions. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The location is good, decent 30 min walks to major areas. Pool was not clean, most wellness amenities did not work. Staff was slightly unfriendly.
