The beds were a bit uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise that kept us waking up a lot. There were few outlets for phone charging but the staff were friendly!

The hotel itself was typical, nothing really stand-out about it. The room was nice, but the furniture, drapes, etc. was showing wear and I thinks its shabby for the price. The table top was not clean, something sticky (soda?) spilled there and not cleaned up. Makes me wonder what else was not cleaned.

This was a great central location for our family gathering. The breakfast foods were great. The staff was polite. The rooms were clean and large. The pool was clean but small. TV or remote in room did not work.

Check in was ok and lady was nice but requested a room that was free from pets due to severe dog allergies. She assured me room was a pet free room. As soon as we walked in entire room smelt like dogs. My eyes instantly were itchy after only a few minutes in the room. The smell seemed to be worse when the ax was on and we could See all the dog hair in the WC vents. Had to double up on allergy pills and had to constantly rinse my eyes out so the would swell up. On plus side hotel was quiet and a great location. Room was also updated and appeared clean other than the extremely strong odor of dogs.

We did not receive maid service but were given what we needed for the 2nd day and we were fine with that. TV remote did not work. Pool was closed for part of our stay. Bed was comfortable. Good shower.

No Mat in handicap shower. It was very slippery and we had to put a towel on the floor. No ice dispenser on the second floor.

Seriously the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, and not in an annoying fake-friendly way. The desk clerk that checked us in, Andrew, make me feel genuinely welcomed. It was really nice.

Hot tub jets didn’t work, the bed was super hard, and it was so noisy with slamming doors, bouncing balls, running around, etc all night

Wonder staff, nice facility, very clean and very large room! My only complaint is there was a boys basketball team staying the same time we were and they were so loud and obnoxious. Running and yelling up and down the hallway and stairway until after 9pm. The parents or whoever were sitting in the dining just having a grand ol' time. We couldn't use the pool or hot tub which was a bummer due to all the unattended rowdy kids, my husband went down in the morning thinking it was too early for the kids to be in there and the hot tub was now out of order. Paid a lot to be annoyed!

This is a beautiful facility. The staff was awesome and the room was beautiful and clean. My only complaint is that the whirlpool is not working properly. We had looked forward to using it and we’re disappointed.

Upon check in, we were greeted apathetically. No big deal. Our room was clean. We went into the pool and found that there was a lot of hair floating around and we even found a bottle cap in the water. Kind of gross. The worse part were the issues in our room, though. Whenever the room above us flushed their toilet or used their sink, there was a loud knocking sound that came from the walls of our bathroom. It sounded like someone was banging on the wall with a bat or something. The soap dispensers didn’t work, the Keurig was broken, and it was so hot and stuffy we had to put on the AC even though it was in the 30s outside. We told the front desk about the issues and got a half-hearted apology. They did have a good breakfast, though. We will not be staying there again.
