If I could have give 0 stars I most definitely would have!! And I did NOT check out on April 3, but it wouldn’t let me put check out as the same day I checked in!! I checked in a little after 4:00P.M. On April 2,& Checked out around 8:30ishP.M. On April 2! I will NEVER EVER book a room at this hotel again, not even if they offered a $1.00 night stay! It was the WORST experience I have ever had staying anywhere especially as a family!! We checked out 4 1/2 hours after checking in because we did not feel welcomed as a family with kids, because of FEET noise we got noise complaints, mind you we we’re on the 3rd floor and the kids were NOT yelling & screaming nor running a muck, they were being as quiet and respectful as possible, & it also wasn’t QUIET time either!! And when the front desk came to our room my children were IN BED, getting ready to SLEEP! So, instead of them being able to go to sleep in a bed, I had to pack us all up and ruin their suppose to be GOOD memory making time and have them sleep in the car to make the trek back to our home!! I tried getting some kind of refund & got told that couldn’t happen because they were doing their job, so glad I got to pay their wage apparently but got no craps about the $$ I am out now!! I am out almost $300 for using a hotel room for around 4 1/2 hours, wasted time, memory making,& had to drive back home to a different STATE with my very upset and disappointed kids at almost 9:00P.M.!!

When we arrived the front desk staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We were in Seaside for a basketball tournament so being able to come down and grab breakfast (for free) was great and they were able to keep up with the mad dash of so many people. We will definitely be staying here again!

When the website says " view room" and at best what you can see is a very narrow gap between buildings....

When my family and I went for New Year’s Eve night we booked through Expedia. When we booked it was said that it was a river view and had everything else we were looking for. Then we get there and the two receptionists were rude and talking to me and my partner like we were stupid when we were asking questions. Once we got to our room it wasn’t a river view so we went back down to figure it out and basically told us we couldn’t get one unless we canceled the reservation we made and did a new one and hope we’d get our money back even after she said their booking cancellation rules. So then after over an hour and a half of trying to figure it out with support and them not answering the calls the receptionists denied us being able to move rooms KNOWING they had them available but because I wouldn’t let her be disrespectful to us she didn’t like that and treated us poorly and being unprofessional.

We liked the friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was well prepared and much better than other hotels where we have stayed. The propery is clean, safe, and well maintained.

The staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was typical free breakfast, but nice and plentiful. Fitness room was nice. Modern facility and room was clean. Bathroom was largest of all hotels we stayed in on our vacation.

The property was very clean and the staff very helpful. The keycards were a bit of an issue as they might work and they might not. Had to get on re-programmed at least once.

When we checked into our room there were brown stain on the bed as well as blood stains all over the side of the bed. The hotel didn't even change the stained bed and just put new sheets over it. They only credited me back $100 for the issue, but the hotel manager purposely avoided talking to me to not have to help me out.

We were on the road for several days, stayed at multiple hotels and this one was by far my favorite. Loved the staff, loved the rooms, loved the area. My only complaint was that there was only one elevator. Great place!

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location, walkable to the beach and shops in Seaside. Only complaint is that they ran out of breakfast foods 2 of the 3 mornings we were there.
