The check in was fast anf simple. Gentleman was friendly and informative. Room was clean and a good size.

The room was very clean, staff was very nice, nice size room. Staying with my 25 year old daughter...
There were some unsavory, loud hotel guests that were a disturbance to us. One hung out with his bike right by our door. And we were approached by a few men when in the parking lot. I appreciate the inexpensive room prices but this may be why?

It's a decent place with reasonable prices most of the time and it's not a completely filthy dirty place

The hotel itself was good. It was clean and nice inside. Only complaints are the front door was locked at 2 in the morning and had to wait a few minutes for someone to open it. Also not enough parking we had to park across the street and walk over.
5.0
It is convenient regarding space in the room, and very quiet inside and outside.

For one the air remote didn’t work so they had to come and change our remote, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, it was dingy and old and doesn’t look like the pictures. Also allot homeless around.

Customer service from the from desk was terrible

I stay two days.
First night sounds like someone else was going in and out of next door room all night.
The second night was much better.

I needed a place to stay too much going on at home due to roommates and it was just what I needed.

At first glance hotel seemed to be nice and in decent condition, but I have a few things to say about the room and our stay here. Room 100 had two queen beds, my daughters shared one and I had the other. Both were uncomfortable with body dips. The pillows were hard and lumpy. Being March in LA, it still gets cool so at times we needed to turn on the heater but every time we did a noxious odor was emitted and we had to resort to cool air or no air. The smell was of rodent urine. I asked for a space heater which they do not have, but did offer extra blankets. Be aware walls and ceiling are thin. Noise from upstairs at all hours made for disrupted sleep, doors slamming and people talking in hallways were bothersome as well. Towels were stained (blood?). Bathroom door looks like it has never been wiped down before. And to top it all off, little roaches came to visit.

They did not have any cots. Also, the door to our room didn't seem to shut all the way. But otherwise, it was great. It would have been really nice if they provided breakfast, but they didn't.

Over all a good experience my real only complaint is the parking issue.

Stayed here with family, it was pretty clean but pretty much what you’ll expect for a cheaper stay near Disneyland. Slept well but walls are thin.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at the carpet was so dirty you had to keep your shoes on the bed was rock hard parking was ridiculous you had to ask for your room to be cleaned lets just say there are way better hotels out there

The hotel itself was enough for our quick weekend Disneyland trip but i would not stay here again. It is very outdated. The beds are other furniture are very old. The carpet is old dirty and lumpy. Housekeeping only showed up to leave “clean” towels on the floor in the bathroom. They could have at the very least put the towels on the counter or on our bed and taken out the trash. For some reason also our room key card was deactivated after one night which i don’t understand because we paid and reserved two nights! The hotel has lots of potential! I would love to see a new and improved version since it’s very spacious for a large family and very close to Disneyland and the beach! The front office gentleman that worked Friday and Saturday was very nice and helpful! Another pro is they have washers and dryers but you have to use quarters and they do not have a place to purchase laundry detergent which would have been nice. Another pro that i want to add: another guest decided that they wanted to have a birthday party and blast music at like 11pm, the office caught wind of it and shut it down right away. The party respectfully ended and no noise was heard after that.

It was kind of run down. Needs to be updated.

The concierge at check in was very unprofessional, and made comments that made me feel unsafe.
The room had a foul, musty scent coming from the bathtub drain. I found some long hairs on the sink and on the towels. The ac/heater spews out black stuff.

When I arrived the front desk was a bit rude. There was no parking available through out my stay. I even had to park in the street. People were parked in fire-lanes which brought big concern in case of an emergency. I talked to the hotel representative and he stated “He had bigger fish to worry about!” . Our room was only serviced one day after that we didn’t have clean towels. The bed had stains.

Had a good comfortable time

The best thing about our stay was the friendly front desk clerk that checked us in at 4pm. He was awesome. We had a suite with a king and 2 queens. The king was hard as a rock. The queens weren't great but they were a lot more comfortable than the concrete slab with king size sheets on it 😂 Hotel was queit which was nice but don't get back too late at night or you'll end up parking on the street. I feel like the stay was fair for the price.

Parking was an inconvenience. There was a truck with a camper attached that took up 5 spaces and I ended up parking on the side street. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

This wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t great. Service was ok, a little noisy, it was supposed to be non smoking, but people would stand just outside the door near our room and smoke, so it would come into our room, we did find a cockroach under the sink, so they brought a can of raid and sprayed, and parking isn’t great.

Great location, but no soap provided in room. Shower did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but shower head sprayed on ceiling and wall. With a little bit of care and maintenance I would recommend, but honestly they just don’t seem to care

Friendly staff. Clean room. Close to the resort and downtown Anaheim.

This is the OK place to stay. Close to the shops and eating places. The room was clean, and the front staff was nice, but the noise was coming in from the neighbor rooms, chatting, TV, etc... though they called themselves a "hotel," it is more like a motel. if you are looking for a "hotel," you should look for others.

Though this site is very cute and vintagey, our particular room (157) had a pervasive smell. It was during the NAMM show, I had gotten keys but didn't check the room out in order to make a deadline at the show. We got to our room around 11p and were too exhausted to go through trying to change rooms as I was pretty sure the place was sold out anyway due to NAMM. In any case, I really hope it was a problem only with this particular room but omg it was noticeable. Like old socks or maybe something rotting? Outwardly, the room looked clean. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, maybe they've fixed it by now.

Loved my stay room was clean and tastfully decorated. Hotel was so quiet and peaceful i wished i could stay longer than 2 days.

The staff was very nice and quick with requests. I felt they were always easy to work with for accommodations.
The parking is good but can be a tight fit for larger vehicles.
The building is older. It is clean and maintained but does show its age. My wish list is for ISB ports to be added to the rooms.
Big spacious rooms.
