It was a one night stop-over during a road trip. It was a decent area and hotel was fine, clean, and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Upon check in I was told the room I booked wasnt available so they swtiched me from 2 quenns and a sofa bed to 1 king. I explained that wouldnt work for the 5 of us so she said she'd find me one, then gave me keys for a king room. Once we finally got the correct keys for a double room I realized there were no linens for the sofa bed (which was half covered in what looked like plastic wrap. I went down to the front desk and asked for linens for the sofa bed, she seemed incredibly irritated. She came back with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a sad little scratchy wool blanket that was so worn you coukd see through it in spots!! I asked for a pillow and I was told (with attitude) there were no extra pillows. I have to say the night shift lady was rude but the ladies that were working during breakfast were nice. Overall not worth what I paid in my opinion, would NOT stay there again!

Everything is fine but the pet fee, I was asked to pay $85 plus tax for the pet cleaning fee, unreasonably high , the most expensive pet fee I have ever paid all over the country.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. The staff was very welcoming, room was clean, We left extremely early, before breakfast was ready but the staff packed up some cinnamon buns for the road, which was very nice.

This is our sixth time here and it only gets better! The clean room, delicious breakfast and homemade cookies in the afternoon make it special. Esther at the desk was very nice too.

Nice size room with seating area and desk. I prefer my own toiletries than sharing soap, shampoo and lotions with everyone in a pump bottle. A little pricey for the area.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Room comfortable and generally clean. Love the Dove products in bathroom. A lot of dust around the outlets next to the bed - a bit more attention to detail for housekeeping would be good.

My wife and I travel, and this is one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed at the noise that goes into the room from the elevators is horrible.

We were driving from Maryland to Florida to get on a cruise ship, and this was a convenient place to stop. So I logged into Expedia while on the road and reserved a room. So happy I did, since the rooms were sold out when we arrived! My wife and I have never seen a hotel room so spotlessly clean and well-appointed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the complimentary breakfast (the pork sausage were very tasty). A wonderful, if brief, stay.

What a wnderful surprise! We were greeted by the friendliest staff - all smiles and warm greetings. Check in was a snap. Our room was as described. Newly remodelled...new everything. Darkening shades that actually shut out light. Quiet hallways. No pool so no noisy families or obstreperous kiddies. Dogs allowed. Safe clean areas to exercise my dogs. Great protein choices with breakfast. Really hot water with great pressure in the new glass enclosed shower. Comfortable beds with extra blankets for the asking. This will be our go-to when we travel back this way.

Staff was excellent. Exterior grounds are messy, litter filled and very unattractive. I had several issues, some minor, with my room. No pen/paper, clock radio could not be set to the correct time, the voice mail light on the phone could not be stopped, and there was a large insect in the bathroom.

It’s a pet friendly hotel but there was no convenient place to walk the dog and no doggie pots.

It is convenient, right off the highway. The breakfast buffet was tasty but small selection. It looks like it’s going under some renovation but it’s not torn up. The phone in the room wasn’t working and the the television kept freezing. The room had been cleaned but it was quite dusty and some areas looked like it hadn’t been touched in a while. All in all I still like it

First floor was completely new-very clean. The hospitality ladies in the kitchen were outstanding. Helpful and friendly/the best we have ever experienced.

Floor in bathroom not really clean. And it was sticky. The shower was super slippery where you entered the shower. Same area soaps/ shampoos were above.

Lots of hair all over shower floor. Glass doors of shower were so dirty you couldn’t see through them. Bathroom had not been cleaned from at least the last guest if not several. Couldn’t shower. It was actually a health hazard! When I brought it to the attention of the front desk the lady laughed and would not get a manager. I don’t usually leave reviews but please beware especially if you have young kiddos like me! Don’t want anyone to get sick. I have 2 stars for staff because staff at breakfast were nice but again everything dirty
