There was no hair dryer in the room. They had to bring me one. No pool or hot tub. Food was not very warm. No bottled water in the dispenser. Semi friendly staff.

The hotel needs some repairs. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling, and there's a small hole in the outside of the elevator door. The air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room all that well. That being said, the hotel was clean and relatively quiet. The refrigerator in the room was clean and large, and the microwave was clean, too. The staff, however, were amazing. Check-in was incredibly fast. There were always people on duty at the front desk, even when I was reading in the lobby at 4am. There seemed to be a problem with another guest yelling one afternoon, and the staff handled it well and quietly with very little disruption. We stayed for 2 nights. Our room keys the second afternoon were cleared; we couldn't get in. When we returned to the front desk, they apologized and handled it quickly.
The hotel is older and needs some repairs, but it is in a good location, inexpensive, clean, and has a good staff.
While we didn't travel with our dog this time, this does seem to be a dog-friendly hotel. We saw a couple of people walking their dogs, and there was a very nice-sized pet area on the west end of the building.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Check in was super easy. Only down fall was the traffic noise from the interstate. Probably the only reason I noticed it is because we live in a small town with no traffic. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and will stay there again.

The sofa bed and under the bed were not clean and unusable, the pool is not listed as still not open. Just disappointing

Very dirty inside. Needed to clean floor ourselves in entry. Bathrooms did not look like cleaned. Bathroom had water damage to walls. Had a non posted pet fee of $50 tax an unwilling to adjust it. That is near 2 times the normal pet fee

I chose the location for the purpose of going to the Chiefs game, but the inside of the hotel was very run down and dirty. Staff was very friendly though.

We stay at this hotel during the nfl season. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is your basic hotel food, but very good. There are restaurants and shopping nearby and I would recommend this hotel.

Notified when I made reservations in May that pool was not in service (thank you) but it is still unavailable with no signs of repair being made in October. Parking lot needs to be rebuilt, not repaired/resurfaced. Major building issues are minor that a new coat of paint will fix. Staff excellent. Thank you Sydney.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly,location was good and had a excellent time. Only Con was bed was so hard it felt like you were sleeping on a pool table.

The listing on Expedia stated pool and hot tub but did NOT list that it was inoperable. Has not been working for over 2 years. When I got the email about the pool, it would have been too late to cancel as my booking was a no cancellation booking. Good thing we didn’t need the pool. Take that off of your listing so people aren’t misled.

A friend and I came to town to attend a baseball game and visit Worlds of Fun. The location of the motel was easy to find and convenient to both. However, there was a HUGE pot hole in the drive that my friend accidentally hit and I felt pretty lucky we didn't blow a tire. The bathroom door was scraping the floor and was extremely hard to open and close with a LOT of noise. The fan in the bathroom did not engage immediately when turned on and screached when it finally did. There was no room service the day after we arrived, and coffee, towels, etc. were not replenished, beds were not made, etc. The room keys only lasted for one day and then were turned off. We had to have them re-activated. (Our stay was for 3 days and nights). It was not the worst place I have ever stayed, but I expected better. I will not recommend or return.

This hotel was a great option for an overnight stay for a concert at Arrowhead Stadium. Other than some remaining stains on a toilet, the suite was clean. There were a few spots of wear and tear (wallpaper coming off, rough edges, etc.), the room was decent. The fridge did have a leak going on that we discovered in the morning, but it wasn't major and still kept our food and beverages cold. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, and it was in a quiet area with restaurants and shopping around. I would stay here again.

Property was clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy.
A couple of negatives. The light in the bathroom was non stop blinking and would shut completely off making it hard to even see. AC unit cover was broken and made loud banging noise when it kicked off and on. Called front desk twice and no answer.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean and staff friendly. It was quiet and convenient for our purposes. The only bummer was the pool was closed for repairs during our stay.

We had a great night here after a concert. The lady at the desk was super nice and even upgraded our room. The only disappointment was the pool and spa were closed due to renovations.

The pool in the hot tub are closed the whole time. The room that we stayed in from Thursday to Sunday never got cleaned until our last night as we had to complain about the service. Breakfast on the weekends ran out of food at 9:30 and when I asked if they would put some more out, the lady said that the food was going to quick and she wasn’t gonna do it. I stayed a total of 121 nights this year and with Hotels.com. By far the worst experience I’ve had in eight years of using Hotels.com.

Our stay was good. It would have been better if the pool was working. The breakfast was good. We had no housekeeping services take place during our stay, so our trash cans were not emptied in our 4day 3night stay. Not sure why as there was nothing that said housekeeping would only happen after so many days. Never even saw a housekeeping cart.

Comfort Inn was very clean, peaceful, relaxing after a long drive across the state. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I had a question. Bed was very comfortable.
