The room was clean & spacious, had a full kitchenette, desk, couch w/hideabed, 2 queen beds, balcony with chair, & spacious bathroom (we were in an accessible room). The check in clerk was very friendly & helpful, the night clerk found us a fan to use (our room was warm/stuffy-we figured out to use the dry setting to cool it off, then back to cool. The breakfast didn’t offer a lot but it was plenty & good. We greatly appreciated that it was pet friendly & that the elevator worked. Also, coolest feature ever-if you wanted to cook like at home they had a instapot, an air fryer, crock pot, electric skillet…several items they loan people to use. It is a military town & i’m sure a lot of service members (& their family) stay here while awaiting housing. We felt safe walking the dogs even at night.

Clean, friendly staff and a good value. My only problem was the pillows but that’s a personal preference. Highly recommend for family vacation. The full size fridge was a bonus!!

No point getting a suite. The room doesn’t have ac, they use a fan wall. Which is fairly loud. Need some circulation in the bed room.

Very clean property. Nice staff and the room was fabulous. Comfy bed, unlike other hotels that we have stayed at. Free self-laundry and gym.
The fellow guests were also very pleasant! Very nice experience.

WARNING: This property has so much broken it seemed like a practical joke was being played on us. BROKEN OR MISSING: Ice machine, batteries in remote, cabinets falling apart, TVs (OMG don't get me started on how ridiculous their TV situation is - FIVE remotes were in our room & we still went days without one or the other working), blinds would not open, pillows were like round wadded-up balls, sofa completely broken down, bath curtain rod sagging, bedroom door would not latch, lamp not working - I am NOT joking! We had the staff in our room EVERY day (3 night stay!). Absolutely would NEVER stay here again. The only redeeming quality was the staff. They were full of excuses of why the establishment was so run down (owners have a lot of hotels and theirs was next on the list to fix), and they profusely apologized over and over and over (I actually felt sorry for them), and they were completely understaffed. In the end, apologies do not make for a good stay, so absolutely skip this place! You've been warned.

The rooms are in very poor condition. The toilet did not flush, the bedroom door did not close, the TVs did not work. The AC was loud and the vents were very very dirty.
On a positive note, the staff has been very polite and welcoming.

2 day stay, 2 rooms both were very clean and spacious. great for family stay suits. stayed in a lot of hotels and this one is one to recommend to add to my top list. I highly recommend this and you will not disappoint.

We had an amazing time staying here, great environment, quite, easy to find rooms, great breakfast. One of the best hotels me and my wife have stayed at. We will definitely be coming back!

Property and facilities were well kept and clean in appearance. Had a couple minor issues with our room, outlets for phone chargers not working, bath tub drained slow after a shower, was ankle deep by the time I was clean. Bed bugs were an issue discovered after our 2 night stay.

The hotel staff were really friendly and the hotel was overall good but the people above me stomped all night and made my stay miserable.

It took me 30 minutes to check in, and I was the only person there. My key card didn’t work and i went to the desk several times. The person working the front desk was very nice and courteous.

The room is a really good size & had everything i needed for the stay. The paint needs to be updated, there were a few dead bugs around the room, & there was a lingering “wet towel” type of smell.

This property is long overdue for updating. Walls and doors are scarred. There was only one bedside table. The sofa in the room was worn and sagging. The bed was lumpy. We won’t be staying here again.

My friends and I came to stay just for a few hours so we could get some sleep after traveling 17 hours from New York. The staff was very accommodating and responded to my request for a later check out time (2pm), which we really appreciated, seeing as how we arrived close to 6am. The only thing that wasn't great was that twice, a staff member came into our room, disturbing our sleep, apologized and left. The first was at about 10am? Not sure why. We were so groggy, we barely registered that someone was entering our room. The next time was around noon, which I'm assuming was because they thought we had missed our check out time even though we were told that our late check out time had been granted. Other than that, we had a good, standard stay. The bathroom was big and clean. The beds were super comfy! We knocked out instantly. I would come back for a longer stay if I ever needed to be in the area again. (:

Great price, for a nice hotel. It has amenities we didn't even use, such as a pool and fitness center, at a price that was close to the lowest, in the area. It was very clean, well kept, and the staff was polite, and friendly. The room, itself, was a little cramped, for a family of 4, but really only when the fold out couch, was in use. I was surprised, though, at what the room offered, such as two burners, in a small stove, microwave, dishwasher, and small coffee pot: very pleasant discovery.
I highly recommend, as you can even expand the room, by getting the one adjacent, as they have doors, connecting the two. Overall, great price, pleasant stay, at a clean hotel.

The property and management are fine. My stay was unenjoyable for the problem that all readers can relate to, a family of heavy stompers in the room above mine that made my stay mostly miserable. I've stayed in two properties in St Robert in the last month, and this happened both times. I suggested to management in both instances that those families not be allowed in future to stay above the first floor. No point in them being allowed to ruin other guest's vacation time.

The room was clean. I prefer my hotel to be white and grey, not so much brown. But overall, friendly and a great stay.

Stayed in many places around Fort Leonard Wood while visiting family. Mainstay has great staff clean has plenty to do in and around the property would definitely stay again

Hotel was very clwan, staff was very friendly a d welcoming. Continential breakfast coild be a bit better. At least some scrambled eggs and bacon or susage instead of just oatmeal and mini pastriws every day.

There was a clicking sound from the vent in bathroom but just closed door so couldn't hear it.
