A little pricey for what you get - but it wasn't awful
2.0
Not clean, shower did not drain, cigarette burns on the tub, bathroom drain leaked, front desk employees not very professional looking.

The night staff at the front desk is very professional, she helped me get checked in after a long drive and my credit card kept flagging for fraud , she got me checked in and made my stay great. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was great and for the price overall a good hotel

Loved the size of the suite! Employees were fantastic!!
Dark roast coffee was terrible, and the hot tub was cold. The signage from the street is poor, also.

Comfortable, clean.

Front desk was overwhelmed, she was stuck cleaning the lobby bathroom while people were lined up waiting to check in. She was professional and nice to us, she shouldn’t have had to juggle all of it that evening.
Our room was unacceptable. I found someone’s sock by the bed and the bed was rumpled, I wasn’t sure it had actually been changed. Towels looked like someone had haphazardly folded and stuffed them in the cubbies, and my friend’s bed had a hole and stains on the sheets. No point in trying to get a different room because it was sold out. Breakfast was good, so it wasn’t all bad, but I was not pleased.

Then check in went smoothly. The room we checked into had some issues. There was dog hair on the floor and chairs. The bathtub faucet was running slightly. The beds were not clean. My daughter found dried dog food in the bed between the fitted sheet and the top sheet. The mattresses were broken down and stained. It was too late to find another hotel, so we asked for a different room.
We were provided the room next door. It was like night and day. The room was cleaner. The beds were made with clean sheets and no leaks in the bathtub.
The concierge was polite, about as horrified as we were, and very willing to provide a new room. The rest of our stay was uneventful.

Not an amazing experience. The rooms looked like they had a thin coat of paint to mask only some of the dirt and marks on the walls. The bathroom had hair left from the last occupant, and only about 50% of the outlets were functional.
While the hotel said it was a no smoking property, it smelled as if it was formerly a smoking property.
It was fine. I wouldn’t stay there again

It was ok we got put into dirty rooms at first and found poop stains on the bedding. They switched us to new rooms but my door was broken amd the toilet was still dirty.

The hotel was in good repair but it needs to be cleaned better. Sheets were all wrinkly( hope they were changed) They offer breakfast. The fruit was moldy and the sausage was over microwaved, hard on one side of the patty.
People were ok.
Dog got stickers in area located in front of hotel.
Very bright light blinded me as I entered the drive.
Gotta pass on staying there again.

The room was filthy and smelled terrible. There were holes in the drywall. There were stains on the lamp shade and the walls.

This trip was very good. I thought the breakfast that was served could have been better. Some days it was not a lot of choices. Coffee bar was great. Enjoyed the pool as it was very warm! Very pretty property that was very clean and well maintained.

Carpet in rooms and through out the hotel need to be shampooed.

Dirty
We had dogs and booked as such (so maybe we got the rooms the property saves for dogs) but it was gross for humans.
Filthy pee in the bathroom and dirty stained ripped sheets
Front desk was very nice about it and couldn’t change our room as they were sold out but nothing makes up for feeling like you are in a gross room.

The pillow case had blood on it, strange stains were on the ceiling, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed the door to the rr was covered in stains. It was a full sized door that opened awkwardly into the small path from the door to the beds. The shower was dripping-wouldn’t tighten to shut off. There was an open exposed hole through the drywall where the shower-head came through. The front office clerk charged me upon checking out even though she checked me in and knew I paid in full through a third party site. The free breakfast was ok- but there were only three tables for about 25 people. The pool was down- during spring break! Avoid avoid avoid. Drive through Roswell and save yourself some anxiety. 😬

The stay was fairly decent
The hotel is aged and needs updates. The facet in our room was in the process of falling off. The a/c in bedroom did not work. Overall this hotel is dusty and needs t.l.c. During the stay paint was seeping into the pool; familes had to leave. Whoever is the manager needs to step it up get their staff working. I was having coffee, as the staff were sitting around talking when they could be wiping tables or cleaning something..

Staff was very nice and efficient. Check-in quick and easy. Room slightly clean. Sheets had stains here and there. Hard surface flooring was dirty and sticky. Tub and sink drains were very slow to drain. AC/Heat unit had a moldy odor. They were obviously repainting and working to improve things outside the room, but apparently hadn’t gotten to the room itself yet. Spa and pool were down for maintenance. Would have been good to know before booking.

Had to move rooms twice. First time the room door was unlocked and felt unsafe. Second time, the room AC wasn't working. At least the staff was helpful in the whole process.

Ac did not work. Tub did not drain well.

Good value for the price but the place is in need of some upgrades

Pool is closed (main reason we booked it was for indoor pool), building is hot, room took over 2 hours to cool off, filthy room with rotten half eaten apples, dirty q tips in our room. Old keys from last people - and they still worked which means if someone w and old key wants to come in, their key still works! SO UNSAFE! I almost left to get another hotel but we were exhausted and it was so late we had to stay. Breakfast was GROSS. Floor was filthy around food. Seating was dirty. I was about to get eggs when the lady came with a huge bag full of eggs and dumped them into the pot. They looked so watery and gross that I couldn’t even eat. I am calling manager bc the lady at front desk was too busy eating Cheerios to listen to my concerns. Never stay there! WORST HOTEL IVE STAYED IN!

Beds where duty there was dog hair all over the whole room was cover in dust .

Loud, people coming in and out all night. Light shines through door. Used washcloth hanging on shower head. Crumbs and dust in corners. Shower head has lots of white build up. Long hairs in shower…multiple not just one or two. Just felt unclean and couldn’t sleep between people coming in and out all night and slamming doors and felt unclean.

Great price. Super nice staff. The building needs updating. The paint is peeling and the pool is shabby looking. The hot tub was green.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. My husband and I stay at La Quinta normally as our hotel choice. The moment we pulled up into the hotel, something was off. I went in, checked in and got our room. It was almost midnight when we got there, and already there was some kind of noise or party going on. Whatever, it’s Saturday night. I get my husband and our service dog into the room with the first few things from the car, and oh my goodness. This was the dirtiest and worst hotel room I’ve ever been in. There was what looked like a bullet hole in the bathroom door. There’s gouges out of the walls that look like fights have happened. There’s hair in the bathroom and on doors, stains on the carpets, dirty sheets and not vacuumed at all. I go downstairs and ask for a room change, and the front desk obliges (which I am appreciative of!) and I move my husband into the new room. The new room was a little cleaner. Still gouges in the walls and stains, but it at least looked vacuumed. My husband starts looking into reviews of the hotel while I’m moving stuff into the room. He found out that just 2 weeks prior to us staying in the very room we got moved too had BED BUGS. Multiple people had left reviews stating they got bugs. And the final icing on the cake, while I’m outside moving stuff, my husband encounters a mouse in our room. So we left. Didn’t even stay the night. I recommend the Roswell Inn, they were very accommodating and clean🙏

Near many amenities. Location is good for walking.

There wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign in the room; I had to go back downstairs and ask for one. They were out of bar soap, just had one bottle of body wash in the room; I had to go downstairs and ask for some more bottles of body wash. The Wifi wasn't letting me on it on Tuesday afternoon, and the coffee maker didn't work on Wednesday morning.

Room was clean, and when I requested a new room because my neighbors were having a get together in their room at 11:30 am night, keeping me awake, they were happy to accommodate me as well as take care of the noise. Breakfast is very good

The hotel had no hand soap for the guest rooms, literally no soap to wash guests’ hands. When I requested soap, the front desk clerk gave me shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. When I reiterated that I needed anti-bacterial soap to wash my hands, the clerk called his manager who said they had no soap for any rooms and would not be getting me any.
I would avoid the hotel in general…but especially the breakfast buffet, where guests self-serve with their unwashed hands.

My room was pretty comfortable and the towels were surprisingly plush (not barely-thicker-thank-handkerchiefs as so many hotels use). And the breakfast offered was decent - not the best I've experienced but certainly far better than the worst. Alas, it's not the La Quinta's fault that DirecTV has some kerfuffle with one of the channel providers so that some stations were unavailable, so i cannot hold it against the facility.
Bottom line, when I need to return to Roswell I will very likely stay here.

We had some issues with key cards working but everything else was great.

Pool and hot tub were dirty and low on water.
