The rooms were clean and walking distance to the convention I needed to attend. Parking was easy.

Could have been cleaner, microwave dirty, fridge outside dirty, floor didn't pass the white sock test.
Beds comfortable, good pillows.
The price for 2 days fair.
This was the second time we stayed. We will not stay again.

This place is in a great location in downtown Vancouver. The room was clean and actually quite large for a hotel room. The people at the front desk were friendly. Only downside was check in was at 4pm when Expedia had the check in time listed as 3pm. I got there too early, but I took a nice walk around the city until it was check in time. They also have laundry available, which is nice. I would definitely stay here again.

For several months, I requested a lower room due to being a handicap person. I also called the hotel prior to checking in to let them know that it would be a late check in and was told by the hotel that it was fine. When I arrived there, I was at the top of the second floor ups, several stairs with no elevator, the hotel offered that evening to switch me to a lower room the next day. When I arrive back to the hotel that afternoon, I have not been moved down to the lower level and had to go walk back up the stairs to my room, the man at the front desk in the back of a window was not helpful in any way and not friendly at all.

We did not stay. When we arrived our reservation had been changed to smoking even though we reserved non smoking. We cancelled and left. We had not pre-paid, which might have made a difference, since it was very busy and demand was high.

Property was fine, but flight path for PDX seems to go overhead so significant jet noise every 10 minutes starting at 7 am, even on a Sunday. If you’re getting up early, I guess it wouldn’t be a problem.

Absolute crap-bag of a hotel. Burned out lights, tv didn't work, paint and plaster falling off the walls, fridge didn't work room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes. Should have left after the first night, but had a morbid curiosity about how bad it could get, so i stayed all 3 nights. Had a woman try to kick the room door in at 345 in the morning looking for her drug dealer. Witnessed to homeless men having sex in the dumpster in the parking lot. Finally, got to see a homeless guy overdose in the parking lot and be hauled off in an ambulance. There are plenty of bad hotels in Vancouver, but this might be the worst. Cleaning lady was nice, though...

I booked a three night non-refundable stay and called the front desk late the first night to let them know I was still coming, but would be driving in the morning. (I live 3 hours away). Same person called me at 8am with an angry tone and said he was listing me as a no show, cancelling my reservation and keeping all 3 nights payment. And I’d have to call Hotels.com and rebook and pay again. After that, I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me.

Easy access, 2 bedroom suite.
Bit noisy from nearby airport, plane taking off and landing. It’s getting better after midnight.
Friendly stuff, easy check in, affordable stay in area where other hotels are 3 x more expensive. So if you on the budget not bad stay.

I was harassed and swindled

Policies page states $10 per pet. Front desk staff charged 20$ per pet and forced us to pay the pet fee in cash. Shady. :(

Needed a cheaper, one night stay in downtown Vancouver and the Econo Lodge was the best price available. The room was fine, bed comfy. Good refrigerator and microwave. WiFi was decent. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker.
