Worst clerk and worst Hampton Inn. The clerk Kiara was sitting in lobby area and seemed upset to have to check me in at 7:30pm. She’s not friendly, rude and slow. Then the room had blood stains on the bed, I had to insist on getting a new room. The hotel is very old and outdated too. I’ll never stop here again.

The Hampton Inn in Rock Springs, WY, has been my go-to hotel when traveling from/to WA & TX. The desk & cleaning staff are friendly. There is plenty of outside lighting on both sides of the building so late night arrival isn't an uncomfortable situation.
They allow pets! :-)
The rooms are clean. Plenty of pillows.
We usually leave before the breakfast is started so I can't speak to if it is good or bad.

This was a simple basic room with the necessities included, but it was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciate that it was pet-friendly with a green space for the dogs to use. I wish everyone would clean up after their own pets, however.

This place is super clean and welcoming, it has the best peanut cookies, but the best of all is its people. Mary is such a wonderful person, she went beyond her work scope and helped us to plan our route to avoid snow storms on Christmas. We’re so grateful for her help. Thank you, Mary, for your help. 🙏

My suggestion is that for kids and animals, please put them on the first floor. We stayed on the first floor and there was dogs and kids above us that ran back in forth in their room above ours. The dog would bark and we could hear it throughout the night and it was a lot at 4:45 am in the morning. Also ask if your guest are allergic to animals so that you can put them in a specific pet free room. Our allergies were so bad in the morning when we woke up. We were traveling through so we only stayed one night, if we had to have stayed longer we would have asked to move to the top floor. Otherwise it was a very nice, clean updated hotel.

Convenient location, friendly staff, the breakfast and afternoon cookies are good. The rooms are a little run down and the pool/hot tub area was very dirty and cold.

The staff was very friendly and kind, however the room was run down and in need of repair. The carpet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom was falling out! The baseboards were falling off and the bed was old & lumpy.

Clean, easy check in. Except for what I would call outrageous 50,00 charge plus tax for my small dog. There is no warning nothing. I realize there is people who allow their dogs to be out of control and damage the room. Should be some sort of sliding scale or a refundable for people like myself that respect the property.
There should be something included when looking for places to stay. I like Hampton Inn but not being blindsided when checking in.

The desk clerk looked like he just came in quick to help out. Had a hoodie on & went over instructions real fast.
The room was small but adequate. The a/c unit was loud & went off & on all night. It was noisy as were the people above us & in the hall. If you put something in the fridge, be sure to check that it's turned on...that was noisy too. Bed was comfy & breakfast was good. For $200+/night, i expected better from a Hampton Inn.

Our stay was terrific. The hotel is nice but the staff is what makes it terrific! From front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast staff, everyone was so helpful and kind!!! Can't imagine staying anywhere else in Rock Springs.

Left location and accessibility to freeway. Extremely clean staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the toilets were very low pressure and I was constantly worried that it wouldn’t flush. Also the AC was not working properly and when the AC would turn itself on, it would rattle and then stop. At least on low. We eventually had to crank it up to high and hope for the best. I did report it the next day and they did say they would make a note of it and have it checked. I would definitely try the place again. Hampton inns are typically our favorite place to stay.

Great place for a road-trip pit stop. Very friendly staff and rooms are very comfy. The only negative was that parking was a little tough because several guests had large trucks with trailers but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

We shifted from our normal choice and decided to try out another hotel. We were very happy with this decision. The front desk help was very friendly. Parking was easy and the location was great. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The room was very nice and the beds were super comfortable. There is also a very nice breakfast downstairs each morning.

Very clean and comfortable rooms and away from the interstate so less noise. Unfortunately in the morning there was drilling or some kind of maintenance going on a few rooms down and housekeepers chatting loudly in the hallway. It was just past nine but got in off the road late and needed extra rest.

Fast stressfree checkin and checkout, staff was very polite and chwcked on my family if they needed anything.

The pillows were super flat. And we had a room by the door, it was really loud we could hear the door to the outside and the laundry room at all house. The employees were friendly. It was ok, just too loud.
