Very good hotel.

Hotels staff in the valet parking and at the hotel reception were very friendly and nice. What happened to the restaurant and at the bar was another story. I can’t remember receiving such rude and unfriendly service anywhere since the trips to France and Russia. It was our second time in this hotel and definitely the last one. We don't give more chances.

The hotel, particularly its pool area, was notably beautiful. However, we faced some issues, such as the poorly functioning AC on the second floor, though the family room's AC on the fourth floor worked perfectly. Disappointingly, no additional beds were allowed in the standard rooms, despite there being enough space. The locale was far from matching the hotel's quality - the nearby beach was simply unacceptable. A wave breaker prevented access to deeper waters, compelling us to spend most of our time at the hotel and its pool area. Another point of frustration was the hotel's practice of charging an €8 service fee every time an order was placed, even for a 50cl water bottle that was also priced at €8. This was not just expensive, but also felt rather miserly. The service quality was no better than any other 4 or 5-star hotel we've visited. Moreover, the €250 fee for poolside sun loungers - even if they did include a bottle of champagne - was embarrassing. To sum up, while the hotel was visually appealing, it felt out of place in Sanremo. For the same cost, one could enjoy 4-5 star accommodations on the French side where the beaches and surroundings are considerably superior.

I got upgrade which was very nice, when I tried to extend one more night the receptionist was very rude for no reason. Instead of giving me options that are available at hotels.com sh tried to increase the price by nearly 50 %. I went to Hotels.com on my phone and booked same room at same price in less than 5 min.

This hotel is simply amazing, it’s a 10/10. Absolute paradise, the place is in outstanding condition. Very clean, inside and outside, the view is insane. The service was impeccable. We absolutely loved our stay. One little complaint, the food and drinks at the hotel are very overpriced. But so othet places near to go eat and drink. Aside from that it is just a fantastic place. Well worth the price of the room.

Beautiful property with friendly & excellent staff.

Overall the hotel is excellent with excellent service: nice pool area and very tasty breakfast. The staff was very helpful with any questions and requests. The convenience of parking was great too.
The only minus would be that the hotel restaurant was closed, so if you haven't book anything in advance for dinner this would be the issue. Also their pool/outside snack service was closed at 5 pm for any hamburgers or nicer salads.
Breakfast is EUR 35/person for buffet style breakfast. For kids this is quite pricy. I would encourage hotel to have some discount for children.

Very stylish, modern hotel with excellent facilities and incredibly professional and charming staff

Overall disappointing for the price, specially the front desk staff and breakfast waiters....
Had to wait one hour to get the room (3pm) to find a not very clean bathroom...

Beautifully renovated hotel, very modern in an old building, everything gleaming white. Luxury at not too an extortionate a price!

The hotel has recently been renovated & looks amazing. However we were shocked to find we were expected to pay €35 for a sunbed by the pool - we just swam & left. The €24 Club sandwich was inedible at the bar/cafe. We took advantage of the free push bikes, however they had no gears, the tires were all but flat (luckily we found a cafe on the cycleway that had a pump). Overall I couldn’t recommend this hotel which is more style than substance.

The guys at this hotel are trying very hard to achieve 5* and there are lots of nice touches, tooth brushes toiletries and razors etc are all provided,
Room was a little small as we had our don with us, breakfast is €26 and hot items are poor. Lots of cakes and pastries. Sun beds are an extra €35 a day each( yes that’s €70 a day for a couple so a week of beds is almost €500. Bikes are free and the pool is very good. The hotel itself is very impressive looking and just a short walk or cycle to the harbour. There is no beach attached like the photos show. Overall not bad at all but overpriced on certain items. A bottle of beer is €7

Paying for the use of sunbeds is not a 5* hotel with the use of a pool!

Best hotel we stayed in Italy so far. Friendly, Clean, great facilities and pool. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting this area. It'll be the best money you spend.

The hotel and grounds are stunningly beautiful and pristine. The rooms are enormous and extremely comfortable with thoughtful amenities. Service is top and the food is exceptional. This is truly a five star property.

Great Luxurious Hotel with a beautiful location, great service and professional staff. We highly recommend it and it is a true five star hotel.

Lovely hotel but service is very slow and lacking in attentiveness.
Mimosa restaurant is amazing and worth it for the tasting menu.
Daily charge of €35 pp for sun loungers is expensive, particularly when there aren’t enough of them or umbrellas.

Probably the most greedy hotel of Liguria. We paid €250 per night and to our complete chock, the hotel wanted to charge extra to use the pool and its surrounding sun beds. Yes, you read that correctly. For me and my partner, they wanted €70 extra PER DAY for using a sun bed by their pool. I advice you NOT to stay here. Seriously, go somewhere else.

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic swimming pool & lounge chair area

Lovely hotel. All stunning fresh and new. Room was very small for the cost I felt.
Excellent restaurant also. Very quick walk to the town centre and just far enough away to feel tranquil. Great sea views from the pool area too.

Cool newly renovated hotel. Extremely tasteful and modern design all over from pool area to restaurant.
We stayed in a room with Sea View and balcony. Rooms in main building rather small, bathrooms too small but very good overall standard. Extremely polite and service-minded staff from valet parking, receptionist, restaurant staff and pool staff.

Nice from the outside, very moderate from the insight. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Great stay, but didn’t appreciate having to pay extra to sit by the pool

A very nice modern comfortable hotel, which opened in 2018.Stefano (concierge) told me that there is s 50 Euro charge for a sunbed in the beach bar. I went to the beach bar but decided NOT to use a sunbed. When I was checking out, I was SHOCKED to see I had been charged 60 Euros for going to the beach bar! The receptionist said you accessed the beach and there is a charge of 60 euros for doing that. How shocking! I have stayed in several 5 star hotels and there is always a folder listing the products, services and prices. In this hotel, there was no such folder! Therefore, I think this charge of 60 euros is very unfair and SPOILED MY MOOD! Incidentally, I noted that the beach bar next door to the beach bar for the hotel was charging only 4 euros for a sun bed. Another problem I noted is that there were about 10 midgets sitting on the pasteries in the buffet breakfast! They ought to put transparent covers on the food to prevent this problem. I informed the assistant manger of my feedback and suggestion for improvements before I left.OVERALL: A very nice hotel but there is room for improvement

Checked in by a very helpful lady called angela. Our room was sea facing and very comfortable.had dinner in hotel one night which was fine ,fairly good selection.breakfast was good also fine selection of breads, cheeses, cold meats etc, coffee awful! A vending machine, very disappointed as Italians make great coffee.a severe shortage of fresh fruit also, even though we were quite early for breakfast we were told fruit was finished . On our last night we arrived for diner and were told it was not possible due to a private function, fine but we could have been informed earlier, and the restaurant manager need not have been so rude and ill mannered .all other staff were friendly, bar porters, reception etc.,
