It was good. Faced the main road so was busy at night.

Always like a patio, which overlooked courtyard and pool. Pool was a nice temperature and clean, included breakfast was good too.

The room was very cold. They said they had stopped heating and switched to air conditioning. Weather outside was cool and damp. Shivered all night

Just stayed for one night. The lobby is newly renovated and it looks nice, though the room seemed a bit dated. My room faced the main road, so it was noisy. Even at 6am, you can hear pretty loud road traffic, so if you want quiet, ask for a room facing the back of the building. As for the area, there are many dining options around within walking distance, though I hesitate to call the walk picturesque in any way. The included breakfast is a bit strange in that unlike most hotels where you just help yourself, someone plates the food for you. Not sure why this is the case, though it perhaps is a hold over from Covid restriction days or something.

Nice hotel, awesome breakfast. Unfortunately we stayed when they were transitioning between winter and summer when we stayed and were unable to cool our room down.

The hotel is beautiful when you walk in and the common areas are well kept.
However when it comes to the pool, Wyndham discount, continental breakfast and cleanliness of rooms it’s rather disappointing.
The pillows on the beds are ancient and lumpy, the shower and tub were covered in mildew, the mirror on the wall at the entry was falling off, the bathroom mirror is so scratched that even if it was actually clean you couldn’t tell.
The website states their outdoor pool is up and running come April - well they had no intention on having that up and running until June.
The breakfast was supposed to have an omelet station and fresh waffles - as stated in the welcome binder - and there was neither.
Unfortunately our family has a few food restrictions and so that made breakfast a tad more difficult.
Expect egg patties, pork sausages/bacon, chunky hashbrowns, pancakes, Kelloggs cereals and toast/bagles and oranges.

My stay was good, the hotel is next to a big shopping area although I did not need to shop for anything. It is not far from the downtown area if you have a car. The Front Desk agent was very helpful with information and any requests. I would stay here again.

Good location and great staff but....The hideaway bed was not cleaned and had dirty linens on there. The room had no 'do not disturb/service room' sign so the room was made up twice (not the hide-a-bed though), needlessly because we had no way to opt out of the clean until we checked out. Some simple and easy changes could have greatly improved the rating.

The room as way too dry. Constantly woke up choking. Horrible night for me. Other than that, everything was really good.

Did not like the fact that the door lock wasn’t secure and the door was loose in its frame.
Very small room despite a King size bed.
Noise of traffic outside was awful. Noise in the hallway and from the laundry area below our room was terrible.

The heat would not shut off, front desk came up to look. I was advised to open the window, which is of course logical, unfortunately the window faces the highway and the traffic is very loud.

A little getaway that was much needed and the room was perfect. Staff was amazing and helpful. It was just what we needed. Will come again for sure.

Stayed before had an excellent experience, staff was friendly and helpful. This time staff not so friendly or helpful. Disappointed as last time was not that way. Will seriously reconsider staying again.

The breakfast was good but there was a good amount of lose dirt by the stairs on the 2nd floor that didn’t get swept the entire 3 days we were there. Chunks of wall missing in the elevator.
