Very nice hotel with nice staff. Although, we took our kids there for the pool area, and kids are not allowed in hot tub. Which is ridiculous, and we should have been told prior to booking

I love this hotel. I've stayed here many times, but I want to give a special shout-out to Linda, who was working the front desk when we checked in yesterday. She made us feel so very welcome and appreciated.

The room was really nice the bed was comfortable the only complaint that I have is that the shower needs to be upgraded

Room was clean and we had plenty of room. The pool area was nice. There were A LOT of small kids jumping in and out of the hot tub which was annoying and a child did poop in the kiddy pool. Breakfast food was not very good. Eggs were gooey and sausage was HARD. The hotel itself was nice. The other very loud obnoxious guests allowing their children to run in the halls at all hours of the night were not that great.

We truly enjoyed our experience at this hotel! The staff was amazing and super friendly. First thing I noticed when I came in was how wonderful it smelled in here! We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to our family and friends

Room was really hot - it’s winter but we had to put on A/C. Then freezing air blew right on our heads while we slept. Need better temp control

Super loud with kids slamming the doors and running the halls up until 1 in the morning. Bathroom was not very clean

The staff here were friendly and accommodating and this was probably the cleanest, most well-maintained hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. We didn’t have the chance to use the pool facility but it looked lovely and was very clean.

My room was amazing!! The hotel was nice and clean for the most part. The pool/jacuzzi area could have a little cleaner. Also there were a lot of families there with young kids, which isn’t a problem but the kids were running thru the halls at all times of the night. I feel like there needs to be some type of rules in place that requires adult supervision for underage kids. Overall the hotel was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

Excellent location within walking distance of a huge Bass Pro shop. Floor above us had a really heavy footed person jumping around, but quiet otherwise. Staff was super friendly and had great suggestions for local site seeing.

It was a nice hotel, although we kept having issues with our key and the front desk was a bit rude about it. The room was nice but there was spots that the cleaner missed that we noticed when we got there. The pool was amazing!

I would not recommend this hotel or travel service to anyone - we had reservations and a confirmation number and traveled all day pulling a trailer aand were very tired! When we arrived, they said our room was sold to somebody else. We were greatly inconvenienced and had to go to a different hotel and can't understand how we had a confirmation number and we even called the hotel just prior and confirm our room was there for two nights and then they sold it out from under us. We are contacting our attorney, will never stay at Radisson property, and will probably cancel our Expedia membership unless we get full retribution as this was egregious, illegal, and very unfair and ruined our vacation. Please advise how you want to remedy this situation- Tim

All the staff was great especially the ladies at the breakfast area Debbie and the front desk was great except the Guy that work in the evening

Overall we had a good stay but the pool was a bus reason we picked it and it was cold. I asked if it was heated and was told yes and they’d check. Tried the pool again before we left and our kids were shivering. Otherwise the stay was good!

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, as was our room. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a great location.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room smelled like skunk/pot upon arrival. There were only two small trash cans in the room and with cleaning only being every 3 days, our family of five had to use bags for trash and pile it high. Pool was kept well stocked with towels for the kids.

The hotel was convenient to the Dunes that we were visiting. We must have picked a wrong time to visit rhough because hotel was full of kids from a ball tournament and they were loud and crazy in the pool area and the hallways.

We have traveled all over the US and overseas and this hotel impressed us. Linda at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. The room was super nice and spacious. Everything seemed updated and the carpet was even newer. We shared the elevator with cleaning staff a few times and they were also very friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and the pool area was really nice as well. The buffet breakfast was good and the area kept very clean. We wish all hotels were this great!! They must really train their staff well. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and considering we travel often, that’s saying a lot.

It was an easy and practical stay, the room was very decent with everything you need for a night, the beds were comfortable, the pillows even more so, the receptionist was very quick and welcoming, the swimming pool was fantastic, the breakfast was awesome. The only think is not the best is the high price for a room.

Nice hotel, good price. Staff was great! Pool area was clean. Beds a bit too firm for side sleeping. Pillows and bedding were nice. Rooms were updated and nice. The bathroom could use a coat of paint and the vents needed cleaned. Otherwise very good deal for a holiday.

The stay was very nice. The hotel is clean and has great amenities and conveniently located to local attractions. If I had one observation of discomfort is would be that the toilets in the room sets to close to the floor and should be a little taller.

I’m glad we went with this place for our stay. Best staff I’ve come across in a hotel setting. Everyone was friendly and kind, and this goes a long way. We felt safe and accommodated. We were allowed to check in early which was great. Our room was a great size, perfect for us, with a fridge and microwave which you don’t always get. I will say the only down sides were some spots, like corners of the bathroom or around the door handles, we’re completely clean. It seems the hotel is in the middle of getting updated, so when you look at the detail of things there are spots not clean or they look like they need updated. It wasn’t enough to bother us, and the overall stay experience was great. We loved that breakfast was included and we were in a great location to grab something to eat. Very short drive to dune locations. Thank you!

Our suite was great, it was clean, and spacious. There are a lot dining options very close. Theirs is an enormous bass pro shop very close by for supplies for the dunes, which are very close. The pool is awesome. One word of warning- Expedia doesn’t explain that the jetted tub suite is actually not a suite, it’s a room with a hot tub. The staff figured this out and found us a normal suite they have for when this happens, and switched us into it. That’s an Expedia problem, but the staff were super attentive.
