Checked in after a bad experience at country Inn down the street. Asked for a clean room, but when we walked in the pillows on the bed were propped up as if someone had been leaning against them and the sheets wrinkled like someone had been sitting watching TV, The pillows on the sofa were also moved off, and there were room keys on the desk. The gentleman at the front was very good and immediately moved us to another room with no issues. Other than that, our state was very comfortable and the breakfast selections were good.

This hotel seems to be recently renovated. The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the extra space. A few issues: the pool was closed for maintenance and the ice machines did not work in the whole hotel. The hotel is in a safe area and close to lots of shopping and food.

Comfort Suites was super clean and comfortable after a long day of traveling! Friendly service with spacious, cute, and comfortable rooms! Would definitely stay here again.

None of the ice machines worked and were leaking. Mold was starting to grow on the wall and there was an awful smell. I talked with front desk about no lights in the parking lot on our arrival and that was never fixed.

We stayed 2 nights. No one came to clean our room after the first night. That would have been ok, except we were not informed, so didn't keep all towels hung up. Plus the trash was full and should have been emptied.

Exceeded expectations. Clean and well appointed. Everything we needed for a comfortable over-night stay. Great location. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Recommend.

The tub don’t have hot water for take shower is was super cool

Accessible room was very uncomfortable. Beds way too low. Desk chair was not made for a person with leg issues. No chair in the shower.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Always ready with towels or utensils when needed. Even over the holiday was a peaceful stay.

The room had been recently updated and we were initially pleased until we discovered my sister’s room next door was in the process of being renovated. She was given a room not too far from ours and we were satisfied until we began smelling fumes from the sealer being used on the room next door at around 6 pm. The smell was so strong I had to put a towel under the door and open the window a crack to help keep the smell out of the room. I called the front desk and they came up and asked the contractor to stop for the night. We heard raised voices when this happened and my husband said he could tell by the contractor’s body language as he was leaving that he was not happy about having to stop. The renovations continued the two evenings we stayed and the fumes were present the whole time.

There was urine on toilet when we checked in and hairs all over the bathroom. I wqs not able to bring my wife breakfast to the room while she was getting ready, the front desk yelled at me. There was no hot water for me on 4 of 5 mornings. Housekeeping only came once in 5 days and we had to ask for it, other than when housekeeping pounded on our door twoce loudly when we had the do not disturb sign out 20 mins before checkout

The only reason its not getting 5 stars from me is because the breakfast was pretty bad. That is litterally the only thing i could complain about. I would definitely stay again.

Lots of hair was found all over the room. The towels had stains on them. Was really gross. All the lighting was fluorescent and it flickered nonstop in the bathroom. The food wasn't edible.

I was a little unhappy with the pool not being open and
I called the day before traveling out and the staff gave pool hours and said nothing about the pool being out of order. I booked just for the pool. So I emailed comfort suites and asking if i can get a discount on the next stay at least and never got a response. UNPROFESSIONAL. Too bad, they lost my business because we came back out that way for Santas Village trip the next month and went to another Hotel due to no response of email.

Although, it was obvious that the room had undergone a recent remodel, the floor carpet or tile was poorly or too quickly cleaned. There was also a few noodles on top of a desk pull out. New bathroom fixture had a significant problem with light bulb flickering. No TV remote control in room.
Employees that were taking care of the breakfast items, appeared not to really care to much if things like sausage and forks ran out.

This was a visually appealing room. The color scheme and layout set it apart from other hotels. After 10 days of traveling, this place was, by far, the best. Loved the space, comfort and cleanliness!

Mostly was was good and comfortable, however, there was no ironing board in the room which was a bit of an annoyance. The breakfast was good and the location close to some interesting restaurants that I did not take advantage of.

Nice clean room with a living room and desk. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was ok but good for being included free. The pool was a little small but nice enough to splash around in. I didn't have any issues to report on with this stay.

There are ants on the nightstand, the bed the bathroom floor around the microwave. We asked to switch rooms. I only found some garbage on the floor by the couch. Otherwise the rooms were clean and comfy.
