Place looked under construction blankets smell

We did not stay because the room smelled, carpet was filthy and was dirty and old. The hallway carpet was filthy. We ended up getting refund and leaving to another hotel. I wish Hotels.com would visit the hotels before offering them on your website. Not worth the price!!!!!

The walls on the hallways were stripped bare.
We stayed for 3 days. They never made the room or changed towels, and we requested it twice. They advertise housekeeping every other day. Had to chase housekeepers for clean towels
Safe deposit box was closed upon arrival. We could not wait for maintenance.
Bathroom needs an air extractor.
On the plus side, front desk personnel were super nice and breakfast avobe average for this kind of hotels.

These people are always amazing. The staff is friendly. They aren’t on you like security when you walk around. Have a cup of tea. Just enjoy the place. You will love it.

Property is undergoing renovation. I had a flat after pulling into the parking lot and running over a new galvanized construction nail. Contractor is sloppy and not careful about refuse in the parking lot. Hotel is ultimately responsible for safety of guests and their cars.

Hotel was perfect for our one night stay as we made our way to south padre for girls weekend. Staff was pleasant and it was clean. Remodeling construction was happening outside at the door entry. Typical hotel free breakfast with good coffee

what i liked was the location near to many great places that i visited.
what i dont liked was the room was dirty, the refrigerator was making a lot of noices, i turn off, in the morning was full of water, not enough toilet paper, pillows old and not give any confort,

i like the service, but I used only for sleep only 7 hrs. and he charging for my dog $75 dlls is too much.

The staff was very friendly, room was nice and clean, breakfast was a plus. I would highly recommend The Hampton to anyone who's looking for a nice, classy place to stay.

This property clearly needs to be renovated. With several trash cans, collecting raindrops through the hallways, we slalomed down the hall, looking for a room, dodging a dripping ceiling and puddling trash cans.

there was a fair amount of mold in the bathroom. The ceiling in the shower was also unfinished.

Check in was very easy and the person that helped me was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t like is that there were only two handicapped parking spaces and they were always taken by the time we got back to our room.

Stayed here for a trip to a church we visit once a year. Location was excellent, 10 min away from church also a bunch of food choices within walking distance. This will be our choice again when we visit.

Very nice, nice front desk help, the only thing that i didn't like was bathtub water stuck gross wouldn't drain when taking a shower....

I stayed for three days and at no time did they clean the room nor did they offer clean towels. The bath soaps were motel 6 compatible.

Service was great. Room was clean but old. The room smelled wet, maybe per jacuzzi. Room took awhile to cool down.

My 2 night stay was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, room was a decent size, clean, cozy and I was able to relax. There was hot breakfast eggs and sausage plus your typical cereal, fruit, muffins, juice, milk, coffee etc.

The room wasn’t clean, the bedspread smelled and the sofa bed wasn’t clean it had Cheetos on it. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows smelled like sweat and are very flat! I will never stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave. And most of all it was quiet.
