Great location and the room was amazing. It's a shame that they are renovating the reception as it was a bit of a walk with big luggage checking in a very corner of a floor. Not all of the staff are able to communicate in English.

Everything fantastic. Very comfortable breakfast is good.. Staff very helpful and friendly. You go by bus or subway just nearby. We really enjoy this trip.

Like this Residence very much. It is located at the center of Shanghai. The apartment has a kitchen for family cooking. The breakfast is wonderful. I will stay there next time.

We stayed at this hotel for about two weeks. We found that they were doing a great job for their hotel guests. The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room has all facilities for the guests. The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we would certainly come to stay here again when we visit Shanghai next time!

I enjoyed this place so much that I booked an additional night at the Green Court Residence on the last night of my trip. I stayed in two different rooms, and each room was relaxing and spacious. I enjoyed all the cabinet space, the kitchens in both rooms, the vanity mirror, and the overall design of the rooms. The hotel is in walking distance to the Bund and Nanjing Road, and I felt safe to walk around the area. There are also plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores right around the corner. I will definitely stay here again.

It was just decent stay here with my experience. The place was a bit dated and the service was okay. The breakfast was nice but just an average of all other places. I wish it had a shanghai special but not. It was just decent place in a convenient location. The bed was comfortable.

The place is really good, I always come back because of the location and as well I like the place. maybe the receptionist has to improve as they do not change money, as well their English is not the best.

Very close to restaurants cafe and centre of city. Short walking distance to metro and East Nanjing street, a local tourist place . The resident offer a kitchen equipped which you can prepare your meals if you like . Highly recommend

We stayed at a family suite, very spacious and the modern. The best part is that we have the washer dryer in our own apartment which is not common in China. … The second bed which is a pulled out couch bed which was not the most comfortable couch bed, so this is my complain.

The room is spacious, clean and with a tidy open kitchen, location is so convenient with walkable distance to the historic and scenic places. Overall the hotel and the room is in good condition and quality.
