For the majority of our stay- it was excellent. We have stayed there before and had a great experience. We were excited to be back. We went to Monster Jam yesterday and despite best efforts to make the 2 hour trek early enough to enjoy the water park prior, we didn’t make it. We didn’t check into our room until after the water park closed. The plan was to use the water park today, our check out day, and then head home. We got there at opening. Had an absolute blast. 12 o’clock safety check came and we got out of the pool. We were planning to stay and swim maybe another 30ish minutes after the check before leaving. Everyone happy. Then came the wristband check. The lifeguard came around and loudly asked in front of everyone for our wristbands. I held mine up unknowing. She said, very accusingly, “don’t you have a red one” I was like…no? Confused. She yells at me- you can’t be in here. You have to leave. It was one of the most mortifying things I’ve ever experienced. I honestly thought it was like Great Wolf Lodge where you could use the water park the day you checked out too. I’m an honest person, I don’t take advantage of people or businesses. But today? I was treated like I was garbage. As I’m trying to get my heartbroken 8 and 5 year old changed and ready to go, these snarky lifeguards literally came back to CHECK if we were leaving. Do you need to question my integrity again? How many times do I need to say it was an HONEST mistake? So. Disappointed.

Had a great weekend with our grandkids. King with separate bunk bed area was a great option. Even a tv in the bunk area. Waterpark was great fun - hot tub is huge! Brunch was good and service staff attentive. Would definitely come back.

Charging what they did for a continental style breakfast was quite a shock. We spent $60 on 2 adults and 2 children for a breakfast buffett that was similar to what you could find at other hotels in the area that was included with the price of the lodging. No free coffee in the lobby. The place was great though. Staff was very kind and responsive. Great location. Very good condition of the property and well maintained. Just felt a tish on the nickel and dime type of thing with the coffee and the continental style breakfast.

Breakfast was not included which was a disappointment when we paid $500 a night.

Had a great time.

Check in went smooth. The room was nice. The only drawback was access to the hotel was difficult.

To be honest, it was a little frustrating that we weren't told that the restaurant will only be serving soup and sandwiches, as we were told the restaurant would be open. Also, the beds are super stiff and uncomfortable.

Subpar experience and stay. Signs all over hotel stating can’t have food and beverages from outside the hotel anywhere in common spaces, only in your room. We asked to eat our pizza as a large group (10 people) in the lobby. We were told we needed to eat it in one of our hotel rooms or pay the $100 to rent a conference room — this was just to eat together as an extended family pizza we ordered from a local establishments. We were also told we couldn’t carry our Caribou coffee around the hotel and drink it. Ridiculous. The pools were freezing cold. The ‘kids eat free’ is also misadvertised - an adult in our party bought a dinner salad for $19 and we were told it didn’t qualify as an ‘adult entree’ and we had to pay for kids meals (a $15 hamburger meal didn’t constitute an entree either). There are better, more accommodating water parks near by. I would not recommend this hotel.

The best experience we have had at a hotel for a long time. All of staff was friendly and helpful. Our first interaction was with Gabrielle. He is a gem. He set the tone for our stay and we enjoyed every minute we were there. The location is perfect. Would chose to stay there again even though there are other options close by. No need to try anything different. Great overall experience.

The hotel was nice but with a "water park" i was expecting a little more. During the time that only the pool is open meant that a little water course and the 2 water slides were not on. Also, at a hotel geared toward families, breakfast being included would have been a nice option.

Very friendly and good family fun. Rooms Are smaller but clean

Hotel needs to express in bold to families of the time of operations for their slides and additional things that pool offers but closes during the week.

This is a family resort hotel given the indoor water features with 2 waterslides. Expect a lot of kids and camps/groups to be staying at this hotel. It's a close walk to most shopping and places to eat and parking was plentiful. There will be noise/late night kids running around in the hallways, but overall it was not annoying enough that disrupted any sleep. If you don't want the water feature, I'd recommend a different hotel - that was the main draw for our stay. Breakfast was pretty good and customer service was outstanding.

I was so excited to bring my daughter here with a couple friends for her birthday. On check in however, I was told the room I booked was sold out (not sure how that happened since I already reserved it) so I got a different room instead. I know the hotel was going through renovations, but our room had a pretty strong smell of paint. The sink also didn’t drain properly and the shower head only had 3 small working holes. The girls had a lot of fun in the arcade and water park, but unfortunately the room was a bit disappointing

Our extended family had a blast. The room, service, and pool were outstanding.
Special thank you to Ms. JJ at the pool. She is one terrific manager and deserves a raise!!
Again, thank you for a great stay!!!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We were there for the water park and it was perfect for our children (4 and 6 years old). The only drawback - for some reason there was an excessive amount of pool attendants - more than most people there to swim at times. This was almost intimidating and probably not necessary. This also made the pool seem more crowded than it actually was. There was also confusion between the front desk staff and pool staff in regard to wristbands to be worn at the pool on certain days, so that was a minor inconvenience for several families. The hotel though was very nice and our room was recently updated. There are several great restaurants within walking distance as well - we will definitely return.

Christmas break in MN and the water slides were closed. Paid $250 to surprise kids with a water park trip. No warning that it wasn’t open.

Reception staff was AMAZING from the start. We had requested an early check-in of 1 pm and, when we arrived even earlier at 1230 pm, they allowed us to check-in then! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the water park has something for all ages! Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and the staff was extra accommodating with that as well.

The room was not very clean and the water park definitely could use some updates/repairs. I informed the front desk staff of the some of the issues with our room and she was courteous and gave us breakfast coupons and tokens for the arcade for the kids. The next morning when we got down to breakfast, they closed 2 hours early. What a joke! We were not informed of that. I appreciate them trying to makeup for the room uncleanliness but wow. I don’t think we would come back. It’s basically just a glorified pool.

When I booked the hotel, I booked it based on the pictures and description of the 2 queen sized bed room with extra living space. Our room was not like the picture. I went to speak to the front desk person who said that’s not even the picture from the hotel. She offered no other solution to what we wanted.

The property looked so nice from the outside and even in the lobby. Our room, however, was just outdated and felt a little dingy. For a suite, it felt very small. The kids bunk beds were in a tiny built-in area woth nothing else in there, and the beds themselves were old and creaked with every move. The tv was old and small. The room was clean but smelled musty which was weird.

I enjoyed the stay. It had all you would need convenience wise but the room was lack luster. For the price I expected more. The furniture looks like it needs upgrades like the couch was run down or needed to be replaced the carpet in the room definitely needed replacing. The tub had no plug so my kid couldn't even take a bath. Barely saw any staff unless in the waterpark and they were lifeguards. The waterpark looks way better online then in person. Wish there was a medium slide there was only enormous tall ones and baby slide. My 8 year old is too big for the baby slides but too scared of the 5 flights to the big slides. I seek out waterparks and out of the ones I've been to this one is at the bottom. Don't get me wrong for others may be worth it but not for me.

It was a nice hotel. Pool was great for families. No free breakfast, but lots of choices in the area.

Pretty hotel entrance, nice room, wish the water slide was open, the pool was pretty full with kids playing basketball. Otherwise the satay was nice.
3.0
I was just disappointed in the pool area that the slide and other activities were closed the main reason why we picked this hotel was for the kids to be able to enjoy the pool area during their spring break. I didn’t catch the ladies name who was working but she was great very friendly and very helpful the kids really enjoy Her.
