An adequate stay. Had to change rooms because of a constant drip in the bathtub, but got a larger room. Unfortunately the AC wasn’t the best in the second room. The whole propoerty just needs some TLC.

The pool was drained and closed (this was why we booked this hotel as opposed to others in the same location) The sink was cracked and there was a roach in our bathroom. The air conditioner also looked like it had been busted but it did work. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Breakfast did have pancakes but lacked healthy options minus the apples and oranges.

I booked the hotel room for the pool access. My kids got 30 minutes in the pool because people from the adjacent hotel were in the pool. This stay was really a waste of my money. I'm highly dissatisfied.

While there, plenty of construction workers staying. Hallways at night and early morning very dirty as a result. Also, bathtub faucet constantly trickling. Noisy enough that I had to shut the bathroom door at night. Informed front desk twice, but was never repaired by the end of my week-long stay. Other than switching from sausage to bacon day to day, breakfast food choices never varied. No oatmeal or waffles.

It was fine for check in and sleep. Awoke to roaches and no hot water. Desk clerk did not apologize, asked if I reported it night before, and said she couldn’t give discount on a prepaid reservation. All this for $179.

Everything was great. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. The woman in charge was very nice and attentive. Safe area with many eating places within walking distance. We stay here every time when we visit our great grand baby.

Room they first gave me had fresh paint (and associated smell) in the hallway. Second one was better. Floors in hallway looked dirty. Area around hotel was not kept up. Dog droppings, marshy areas in grass, etc.

The front lady was not the friendliest person. When I would talk to her she would rush me and acted like holding a conversation was an inconvenience. There were chips on the floor of our room. I could tell they are trying to make the property look better since they were painting.

I stay at a lot of hotels every year, and La Quinta’s are always bottom of the barrel. I tried to avoid them, but sometimes you don’t have a choice.

Location is just fine. Facility is in need of updating. The room was dark. Bathroom repairs looked like patch work, and poorly done at that. Light bulbs were out in two places in the room. Furniture was dark, beat up and badly out of date. Just seemed like nobody was taking care of a very easy-to-get to hotel, in a very good location. Lots of competition around it (Hampton, Fairfield and two new ones under construction).Better step up their game and do it quickly!

The room was very clean and accommodating. The tub was peeling and the ac unit in the room wasn’t adjusting properly so it was a very cold night. Other than that, I had no issues. Thanks for a great stay

Check in was a nightmare. Long wait as only one person @ the desk trying to figure out a completely new computer system on a Friday night. Needed more training. The new system did not have any prior confirmation numbers loaded on it making it harder to check in. The lady checking us in was very kind & apologetic. She was doing the best she could.

Don’t book with hotel.com I was give the total balance for my stay. When I got to hotel I was charged more. I asked why and they said hotel.com did not charge enough tax. Hotel.com said there was nothing they could do. Should have booked direct. Hotel was ok. Clean, good location, quiet and breakfast was very good.

This hotel gave great customer service. Loved the front desk staff. The hotel smelled of animal. Our room, on the top floor, smelled of dog. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. The bed was fantastic. Very comfortable. Not the worst but not the best.

Absolutely overpriced The room smelled like someone had just peed in there. turned out the smell actually came from the AC itself. It was loud. The beds are just worse down. You could hear and feel the springs

The location was very convenient to the highway and restaurants, and it was close to the company with which I had a meeting. My only issue with the property was the shower curtain rod was broken and sagged so water got onto the bathroom floor.

The Inn is in an ideal location. The room was clean. My complaint is the shower. I had lukewarm water. If someone in the room next to you is using the water, then you have very little hot water. My last 5 minutes, I had a comfortable shower.

Bed was nice. Room was clean. Hotel decently remodeled. Nice digs. Only negative is that floor tiles outside of elevator were really dirty. Need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Staff was friendly. Breakfast on weekdays stopped at 9. I didn’t ask and wasn’t told so went down at 940 to no breakfast. Luckily they had left out some prepackaged muffins and things.

Not a very clean hotel. Staff was good but I ordered a mobility room for my aunt and they didn’t have any so I had to leave a day early. TV didn’t work in our first room had to switch rooms as well. Staff wasn’t bad but I won’t book here again.

Notified hotel we would be in late, around 10Pm. Arrived and was told we were on upper floor and elevator was not working, and was asked if we still wanted to stay? Really? Why didn’t they call and let us know before we arrived, so we could make other arrangements? Room was located next to stairs, so heard door slam to stairs thru out the night.

The room was run down the bathroom toilet was dirty, shower peeling will never stay there again and top of all that the elevator stopped working and my mother in law was forced to take the stairs and she’s on a cane

Baseball kids and parents up and down the hallways yelling till almost midnight lady at front desk said I don’t know what you want me to do we don’t have a quiet time. She ripped a piece of paper off and said write it down and I will give it to the manager. Two nights in a row. It was almost $900 for 5 days when I moved out they just said I’m sorry you don’t like it here. No effort to try and make it right.
