The room was clean, it did not have a microwave in the room. Although they advertise Free breakfast, that was not true, we had to pay. When booking this should be made know.

Close to the Coliseum for gymnastics meet. Free breakfast with eggs and cheese, biscuits, bacon, sausage etc. was good and helped us get to the meet on time.
The king bed wasn’t so good but we still slept okay. It needs replaced.

Very nice room layout. Staff in the breakfast area and at front desk and those that clean very hospitable. Greet you with a smile and hello.

The breakfast was a wonderful variety & even considered GF options. Staff was extremely pleasant as well as housekeeping.
I have an ESA as well, they were very welcoming to her.

The bed was way too soft for us. Just a personal preference. Also, the electronic door lock kept clicking and made it hard to sleep; maintenance came and replaced battery, but the noise continued.

As the room was satisfactory. My trailer was broken into. Every lock on every door was cut off. No satisfactory help with hotel staff or police.

The stay was just average this time around. The tub and floor was dirty. The breakfast and staff was amazing!

The staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Lots of options. The negatives are that they are doing construction around hotel and it is very hard to get into the road for hotel. Also, there are no restaurants near this hotel.

Pros: Front desk staff and breakfast staff were extremely nice. Ample parking.
Cons: Sqeakt beds when rolling over. Elevator and room seemed to need a deep cleaning.
I will not book again due to steep price of $184.00 per might with sqeaky beds.

The hotel itself was fine. There was a lot of noise from the interstate highway, and there is messy road construction right in front of the hotel. The hotel property is well maintained. I saw a hotel employee picking up a couple of pieces of trash from the parking lot.

I waited while another person was checked in and a second front desk receptionist keyed in a stack of room cards. Only when the first receptionist apologized to me did the second receptionist check me in. Hotel is tired and run down. Bed was comfortable though.

I wasn’t pleased because the sink stopper was broken; & the water that I washed my hands in stayed in the sink the whole night. This’ a handicapped accessible room, by the way. After pressing the stopper several times to no avail I tried pulling it up with my fingers & nothing happened. So for the rest of the night I was forced to wash my hands in the tub. I reported it & he offered to move me but it’s already late when I checked in & I’d to be up early for work.
Another problem for a handicapped accessible room’s that the door sticks so badly that one has to push or pull very hard to open & close it.
Otherwise, I enjoyed my short stay

Super friendly staff checking in and departing! So clean and really nice room. Breakfast was excellent! Not a lot of places to eat nearby for dinner, only negative. Highly recommend!
