Have always stayed here when coming to town, now that they are charging 16 a night just to park it definitely changes my thoughts now. Will most likely stay somewhere else from now on. Just not enough to draw you with those extra charges.

The staff was exceptionally good. Our room was very clean and our maid was wonderful. Very comfortable beds and bedding was great!! Fairly quiet room.
Our room amenities were not replenished. No coffee or coffee cups or water glasses replenished, no water bottles or shower things replaced. There were two of us using shampoo and conditioner and we ran out as the quantities were quite small. Nice product though. Only enough coffee for one day and we were there for the weekend. This is the reason for the four star rating. Excellent staff!!!

The room was WAY overpriced for the conditions. Stained drapes, water damage on the wall around the tub, very scant and thin pillows and blankets. Continental breakfast was gross (microwaved eggs and bacon, no real cream for coffee, etc)
I did appreciate it was pet friendly.

The underground parking was not attached to the hotel. It was unclear of where to park. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking. It is a 3rd party pay as you go parking.

Shower was moldy, taps were falling off wall, sink drained so slow I had a bath and shower at same time

Bathroom showers are minimal at best. Requested a wake up call from front desk and never received. Extremely noisy throughout the night from vehicle traffic and vagrants.

We were in the city for Agribition and had previously stayed at the Atlas. As it was not available I booked at the Wingate and it was much more convenient, cheaper and every bit as good. Breakfast was included and excellent and the staff were great! Will book there again and will recommend the hotel to others!

I've stayed at this hotel several times. DO NOT book a room facing Broad St. It is VERY noisy.

I forgot two shirts in the closet I phoned the day I left to tell them see if there was anyway to retrieve them and they never called back. Called again the next day talked to the same guy never heard anything again called again and they keep saying they will call but they don't I know the shirts were left in the closet room 607. how hard is it ti run up and find them. now every contact I had in the city has left. horrible service and 16 dollars for parking. you can park for free at casino. brutal!!!!!!!

My check in experience wasn't very good. Wouldn't accommodate me to have a room on quiet side of hotel. I think they prepare the room keys ahead of time, and don't want to re-do that when asked for a different room. November 6 2023 5pm. Their excuse was that i booked on Expedia and no changes allowed. I guess I'll book through hotel next time, or stay at the Delta.

The hotel was average, however outdated. The hotel had a nasty order and was scented with air freshener which my partner has sensitivity too. Rugs and drapes need updating and bedding to name afew. And there was no sauna or hot tub.

Tv didn’t work, vehicles broken into in parking lot, little selection at breakfast.
