In transit all good in Madera

I stay at this location often. The only issue I had was that there was construction work in the next room in the early morning. I struggled to get some rest as you could hear the construction easily. There was also an issue with the plumbing as I woke up and there was a puddle next to the bed. It was overall a good experience but this visit had some challenges.

Great spot. We stay here when we are working in the area. Always a good spot. Breakfast is good and rooms are always clean. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Area is a lot safer than other spots in town. Will continue to use them when in the area.

I walked in and the gal at the front desk was very friendly and quick. She answered all my questions with a real smile and patience. Room was clean, hotel is near airport, and away from all the downtown loud commotion, quiet, feels great to be here. I’d stay here again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast options made this an excellent stay. They were able to accommodate my special request and the location right off 99 is perfect. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff treated us politely and professionally. We appreciated it's location near the highway, but not against the highway. The entire facility was clean, neat, and well stocked with conveniences for our travels, and even though we didn't need anything this time, it was good to know you offered items we may have forgotten to bring. The breakfast was perfectly prepared, and the staff were welcoming like family. We will definitely return, and recommend to others.

This is a nice clean property. We were given a handicapped room even though the reservation didn’t state it.

This was our 2nd time staying here. And this time around the bathtub had hairs, and the bed sheets had yellow stains. Very disappointing.

The bedding was very heavy and hot. No option for using just a sheet -- had to run the air conditioner all night.

Nice staff and great room with big bathroom. One of the better hotel breakfasts I've had in a while, lots to choose from. The hotel is a block off the highway but kinda out there. I didn't mind.

AMPM was near by and a few options for food just over the freeway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. If you leave before 6am when breakfast starts they make bags for those who need to leave early but still has some breakfast to eat. Thank you so much.

Check in was smooth, we were asked to pay a $25 deposit at check in. The room was clean and set with towels for 4 people. At checkout, it was confirmed the deposit was returned.
