Everything was great EXCEPT there was no good coffee 😪. Only 2 decaffeinated 😔

Slow check in but professional

The property was not on the Waze map. Had a hard time finding it. It is behind the Holiday Inn literally. The room walls are paper thin you can hear conversations in the hallway and neighboring rooms. It has one elevator only I am glad that it was not full or I would have had to wait to go down to my meetings

Alright place to stay wirha small dog. Cooked a couple of meals in room. 10 day stay and everyday had to get both key cards replaced. Convenient location for needs and reasonable price. Used free washer and dryers

We especially appreciated the kitchen, but the coffee pot was defective!

The AC didn't work and that made our stay uncomfortable. The room was spacious and clean, but still not worth the price.

Candlewood Inn was very comfortable & clean, the staff was polite & efficient. Very close to places to eat also. My room was quiet & peaceful. Only one small problem, the toilet kept running i tried to repair it but no luck, it didn't make any annoying noice but it was not environmentally friendly. Otherwise a nice place to get a good nights rest. It was also in a beautiful part of North Milwaukee, I'll be back!!!

Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the kitchenette, it provided us the comfort of home while we were away from home.

Property was clean and quiet. Check in was a nightmare as the front desk employee didn’t know how to check me in as I paid via Expedia. Waited 25 minutes before he finally figured it out with the help of a manager via phone. Treadmill in workout room was way old. Hairdryer didn’t work and they didn’t replace despite saying they would.

Room and bed comfortable, kitchen was nice especially the full size refrigerator to keep refreshments cold. Shower was nice and was able to ask for more towels as room service on pause due to covid. We will be back

Room was clean as expected at CW. But TV didn’t work. Got new batteries for remote. Still had to stand 3 ft from Tv to change channels. Refrigerator is dying. Constantly makes loud motor noise making it hard to sleep at night. No toaster oven in room, other CWs have them nit sure why not here. Overall room was clean but I think the amenities are getting old.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. At first I was disappointed that there was not a breakfast provided, but then I realized I could cook in my room!!The price is moderate. A great place to stay if you want a home away from home (business or vacation)for a number of days.

The work out area was a big plus! I loved the coffee machine and would ask they just keep sugar stocked. The room smelled weird we had to have the front desk agent come and sprinkle carpet freshener to abate the smell but no one came to vacuum it up 😡

It could offer breakfast, more parking (handicapped), not worth $200.

I liked that it had a kitchen with utensils and a grocery store across the street.

I was charged twice and there was a baby lixard in the bathroom.

I stayed for nearly two weeks while attending a class at CUW. It is a very convenient drive from Brown Deer to the Concordia campus, so I highly recommend it to anyone considering it. The front desk staff was fantastic, especially Jeff, who cracked me up and cheered me up often. I found myself enjoying my interactions with the staff. The room was in good condition and I cannot stress how convenient it was to have a stove top, fridge, freezer and dishwasher in my room considering I was staying for two weeks. I was able to eat relatively healthy thanks to those room accommodations. They only have housekeeping come once a week for people having an extended stay, which is understandable. I personally don't clean my own house more than once a week either, and I wasn't generating enormous amounts of filth and trash, LOL. I made my bed and did my dishes every day and my room looked fantastic every day. Anyone complaining about lack of housekeeping is simply not functioning as an adult human being, since even five minutes of picking up after myself every day kept my room looking as good as it did the moment I checked in. My only qualm were the pillows - they just weren't comfortable for me. I am used to a memory foam pillow though, so that's really not the hotel's fault. There was a Kohl's practically across the street so I bought myself a memory foam pillow - problem solved. I never used the gym- it had lots of cardio equipment; I personally lift weights/strength train only.

The front desk staff was very nice. I stayed for 3 nights, and yet they did not ever clean my room or replace towels. There was a huge soda mess on the night stand when we first entered the room. The overall feel of the hotel was very dated. Although it's in a sketchy part of town, the Holiday Inn Express right next door looked wonderful.

Stay was reasonable price, nice rooms, and staff was very good and easy to work with.

Very basic, reasonably priced facility. No bells and whistles, no frills (shampoo and conditioner are one; skimpy, single-ply toilet paper; bath towels that aren't quite big enough), but a little kitchen and full-size frig (very odd, but practical if you will be entertaining in your room). Quiet, though the heating system takes some figuring. Bed was comfortable, but pillows not the best.

Hotel has everything, on paper, but be prepared for budget-quality furnishings and amenities. Also, it's almost impossible to find--little or no signage on the main roads and hidden behind a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff was wonderful and the room was good enough: quiet for the most part, bed comfortable enough and the tub was just right for the bath I needed after moving my uncle's house. I would be happy to return if I need a place in the area.

clean - inexpensive good hotel for the money! Funny - it had an in-room kitchen area - probably for business people staying a while (I only stayed 1 night). Very neat clean and tidy. the front desk was helpful when I needed a place to eat.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The mini-kitchen was a nice feature.

I stay at alot of Priority Club Hotels, this is a very new Candlewood that is priced well and very cozy to move around and sleep in.
