My stay wasn’t too bad. I received a handicap room which I didn’t request. Taking a shower was very difficult due to the shower head being too short and kept moving and shooting the water out of the shower area. We had to constantly clean up the floor because it was basically flooded after each shower. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the issues with the shower were horrible.

The hotel owner is ageist against millennials because they use chime bank, and like to throw parties, and they have to clean it up.

Easy check in. Good value. Funny lobby odor. Some increase to hallway noise of guests and doors. Beds comfy. Clean room. Some bad maintenance with broken cabinets and bath room parts. Breakfast was clean but VERY limited. Only warm item was waffle. Close to hospital. Need to be careful in near by neighborhood.

Our first night, on 3/23, there were guests came in after mid-night. They talked loudly and made all kinds of noises not only on the hallway but in their room. It really disturbed our sleep! Next day I realized that because there is a gap between the room door and the floor, that’s why we can hear all the noise from the hallway, even the noise from the elevator, in the room. We did not have a good rest! The reason why we chose this hotel is because it is away from the main road, but I think it was wrong!

The first room was very dirty and we had to change rooms. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and rooms next-door all night long. The directions on the app or to the wrong place. The pictures on the app did not represent this hotel.

The first room we were placed in hadn't been cleaned. The room phone didn't work, so we weren't able to call down to the front desk. The hallway of our second room had a very strong smoking odor, even though all of the rooms were supposedly smoking free. The room itself felt small and cramped.

Everything was decent. Staff was very nice. Especially the check in lady. Just tiny issue I had was is the room was nice but some areas was not cleaned. Bathroom had some dirt behind the door and near tube and by the sink by microwave and a cup was still in fridge other than that it was okay

It was so dirty that we left and stayed at another hotel. No one was at the front desk when we left so they kept my money! Nasty nasty nasty!

From the moment I checked in around 10:30pm the folk in the room next door was very noisy ALL NIGHT LONG even up to the moment when I got up a little before 6am to go home because I could not sleep and I was very tired and had to drive almost 2 hours home with absolutely no sleep. Hated the fact that I had to pay an incidental deposit fee of $150.00 for it to be a low scale hotel like Microtel. I will NEVER stay at a Microtel EVER AGAIN!!

The people at the desk were very friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. The breakfast was certainly adequate. The location was great. The bedspread and blanket was of poor quality and the mattress was uncomfortable. All of the dryers were broken and I really needed to do laundry. I would stay again.

Breakfast was all carbs. Carpets need to be cleaned. Bathroom needed to be cleaned properly. Towels had pink stains on them. Carpet in the room was gross

This was my second time staying at Microtel and i must say Angela the host atv the front desk remembored me and my party. She was very friendly and the staff. Rooms was nice and clean. Every time i go to Greenville NC Microtel will be my first choice. I still recommend staying here.

It’s was nice. Whenever your along way from home finding the perfect place to stay can be difficult to say the least. But this place for what it’s worth was right on the money. I couldn’t ask for any better for what I wanted aid and the staff was extremely professional. Everyone was gleaming with positive energy. I enjoyed my stay

The bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good and couldn't hear the neighbors which was good but i tried to use my card in the machine but it didn't work but over all it was good

The entire place smells like mold, the bathroom in 237 had black mold growing on ceiling and after 2 nights I came home with a horrible cough. Barely any hot water in the shower but I’m guessing that’s to keep the mold down.
