I would have to say the entire stay was average. The front desk and bar staff were very polite and friendly. Room service was awful. For some reason our phone started ringing at 6:30am. Clearly they were calling the wrong room for a wake up call. Then the breakfast we had ordered was cold and missing a ton of items. Also my coffee was cold, and the meal came 30 minutes before I requested it. I think the behind the scenes staff needs a bit more training in hospitality services.

The hotel is very unique and we enjoyed our stay! I was pretty sure that valet parking was supposed to be included with the package I chose on the alpp, but did not get that so had to pay $80. Other than that, we were happy with our stay!

Hip hotel with great service, interesting art, and terrific food. In a changing neighborhood that's fun to explore and lots of attractions within walking distance. Definitely coming back here

Hotel is impeccable and in a perfect location. There’s lots to park by for 15-20 dollars a night or a few free spots of street parking out front. Staff was so kind and helpful if we ran out of items. Tons of bars/restaurants/breweries within walking distance.

Iron Horse Hotel has great rustic, vintage ambiance with modern day features. It is conveniently located in the city. Staff always courteous and greets you with a smile.

I was very disappointed about the fact there is no parking. After I asked I was given a few very expensive options but was repeatedly told they were all “not affiliated with the hotel” even though one option is on hotel property. A Google search revealed that it is about 50% cheaper to pay any overnight parking tickets from the city by parking on the street. I was surprised there was not a microwave in the room. The staff was very nice. The elevators are FAST and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. There are very few amenities for the price of the room. I was afraid to touch or use most things in the room as I assumed I’d be charged.

Needed to dispute charges to room. Hotel ambassador was condescending when bringing up the dispute.

They ran my car three times because they said it didn’t work for incidentals. But my bank withheld $300. Also, they reminded me three times that I booked through a third-party. They weren’t happy about that.

We always make a point to stay at the Ironhorse when visiting Milwaukee. Such a fun vibe and beautiful facility. Their beds are super comfortable and it is quiet.

Awesome hotel!
Our 1st trip to MLK and this place was the bomb! Great location and easy walking to downtown, had a great view from our room. Comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean.
Service and the staff were amazing. We will stay here on all future trips to MLK.

Really cool experience with the Iron Horse. Fantastic valet and front desk service. Beautiful room with a comfy bed and huge rainfall shower. We had yummy cocktails before our concert and delicious breakfast in the morning. The bagel and lox platter was beautifully done as was our quinoa bowl. Highly recommend, will repeat.

A very old building with touch of class and lots of history. Clean, nice choice of beverages at the bar. Rooms were large and comfortable with nice size bathrooms and shower. I would stay again.

The staff was fantastic from the door to the desk to the restaurant to the bar. Room was super, view was great. Decor was beautiful in the hotel very welcoming and wanted to stay and enjoy the sofa or the reading room or to have a drink.

The hotel is outstanding. The parking is not as great. The surface lot was $30 for overnight, and valet parking overnight was $40. The structure that was $16 was full. The room service was superb!

I love the ambience. The staff are courteous and helpful. Parking is very close to the property. You don't have to walk a block to get to the hotel. The food is very good as well.
