Nice hotel with indoor room access. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Best value in the area! Will stay again

The hotel was very clean and front desk staff very polite. It's a newer but not NEW hotel so it has a tad of age in it. We needed a safe, clean, accessible hotel to stay in due to a family death and this was a very good choice. For people coming to the beach and PCB’s summer vibe your right at the edge of front Bay Road so you can walk anywhere!

Long check in process...over a 30 minute wait. People were having issues with their Ac in the room and this delayed our check in. Only one person working at desk to check in people. Also dogs in the next room kept barking to where we couldnt hear our tv or sleep.

From check in to check out it was wonderful! The staff was friendly & welcoming...the property was fantastic & very well maintained...the room was fabulous with everything we needed including great Shampoo & Conditioner hanging right in the shower & lotion hanging right by the sink...the bed was perfect but the icing on the cake...the pillows! Oh my, the pillows are the best! The breakfast was great with plenty of choices...will definitely stay here when visiting Panama City Beach!

Overall the stay was very good, great location and friendly staff. Only issue I had was breakfast. Limited choices and no fruits. Overall I can definitely see myself coming back.

The staff was excellent but the room wasn’t very clean. The sleep sofa mattress and sheets had bad stains on them. I took pictures of it.

Requested 1st floor close to check in. Was assigned 2nd floor. Changed to 1st floor,second furthest room from check in. Was told no handicap room on 1st floor. Said would take non handicap room. The closest room to check in was handicap room. The clerk asked and was given that information. Hotel was not crowded. Advised recently released from hospital for heart failure. Loved this room, but, was difficult for me to walk to.

Everything was pretty good every thing was very clean except the chair at the desk something was spilled and dry on it and it wasn’t cleaned properly. Staff might not have noticed if they didn’t pull it out to look. Might want to reupholster or replace arm chair in the room the arms were worn through.

The entrance into the hotel is odd in and out are very close to each other and do not enter sign is next to entrance sign

My room was clean, however breakfast was ok. But it was slow season when i rented the room. Perhaps during busy season, more breakfast options. But i had my privacy and it was clean. I would rent out a room here again.

The chair in the room was not clean. As for breakfast, there was only scrambled eggs left and many people were waiting for meat but it never came. There was no microwave in the breakfast area, which is disappointing and surprising.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. Far enough away from the crazy crowds and close enough to attend what we wanted. It was clean and all the staff were super polite.

We have had good luck at Sleep Inn and this is no exception. Nice big rooms, up to date, clean, mini fridge, microwave, coffee, full hot breakfast. Friendly staff. We recommend this hotel.

For the price it was great. The bed was fantastic. Unfortunately, the rude woman working in the kitchen, both mornimgs that we were there will keep me from staying there again. We observed her being will keep me froms staying there again. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful. Makes me wonder how many customers this woman has run off.

Perfectly adequate hotel. Nothing fancy, but affordable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room did have a musty odor. The pool had a bunch of leaves in it and wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. But my son didn’t mind. The breakfast was good. It was walking distance to wonder works and a bunch of mini golf places. I would recommend it if you don’t want to pay the high prices of being right on the beach.

Such a great value, anything else was too much or cheap and below standard, this was a great place to stay i would absolutely reccomend and or stay again, Rachael at the front desk was extremely helpful and had great customer service

Overall a good stay for my trip to panama so I'll separate my pros and cons.
Pros: The staff was super friendly! Had no issues checking in since I booked through a 3rd party. The lobby was clean, they gave us extra towels and trash can liners, and check out was also a breeze. The beds were also SUPER comfortable and the inn is conveniently located to quite a bit of restaurants and places to go do activities.
Cons: The smell of the hotel room was unpleasant. Very musty smelling and smelled like there was a permanent cigarette smell stained into the carpet. Which by the signs, the rooms on that floor were supposed to be non smoking but we constantly smelled cigarette smoke and weed. The other issue was the driveway, we had difficulties getting in and out because its super small and there's a block right in the middle. Its also the only place to get in and out of the lot.

Overall it was ok, staff very friendly, room was spacious and clean. The only 2 negatives were the shower spray was not working well and only one set of shampoo, conditioner and lotion for 2 people isn’t enough.

It was pretty decent, good breakfast choices and clean room. The furniture is worn and outdated also time for new carpet. The parking lot can use better lighting. Overall I enjoyed the stay. Not far from the beach.
