Under construction, very outdated and poor layout of the room. Staff was great as we needed pillows, towels etc. breakfast was ok. Pool was down as it was getting cleaned and needed chemicals. Likely be better when the rooms are renovated.

This hotel was the best value hotel I stayed at in two weeks in Canada. Good service, clean room, nice breakfast included and near the river.

It is a good place to stay for a reasonable price. Staff are friendly, room was comfortable and clean.
They are in heavy renovations to upgrade the property but the loud activities were not started till later morning and it is very respectful.
It is in a very convenient location to get to from the highway.
The views of the river are very nice as well.
I will stay again.

For a few extra dollars it's nice to have a room with a view of the river and mountains. It's an older motel but very well kept. Our room was sparkling clean.
Some people might not like the fact that many of the guests are construction (or similar) workers and local residents living in the hotel. So you might not have the usual tourists with you in the breakfast area. Doesn't bother me though.

Easy access to the highway and downtown. A bit rundown area. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large but a bit dated. The staff were lovely. The. Breakfast was good. Very good price.

It’s an older inn but overall pretty decent. Great view and the front desk staff was great.very helpful and responsive with our calls for extra amenities. Very nice balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was good. Nice dining area and well stocked. Pretty standard meal. We stayed in the 3 queen bed suite. I’d say the beds were twins so that was upsetting and made for a tight sleep. The rooms are dated and musty but as clean as they could be. The suite was very minimally stocked with utensils and there was no coffee. No hair dryer in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The pool unfortunately was closed for maintenance but the hot tub was clean and hot. Only fits about 5 people but it was good.

Very handy when travelling to Jasper from Vancouver. Quiet, and a good breakfast. Is beginning to show its age.

Room had not been properly cleaned. The carpet needed vacuuming and the bed was ruffled as if someone had sat on the edge.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was clean and warmed up very quickly. The breakfast was good but the eggs & sausages were not warm.
The view was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

We only stayed one night, so didn't take advantage of the river walk, the entrance to which is very close. This hotel/motel is very clean, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was dirty, had mold on the walls, and the pool area was disgusting. Cob webs everywhere, and the hot tub was luke warm. The pool water seemed clean, however everything surrounding it was dirty.

Stained bed sheets , giant hair ball in toilet , staff opened door on me , then a knock on the door someone left a hoodie in the closet

Staff are very nice. Pool is shallow but was perfect for me. Hot tub was way to hot but very clean. The view was breathtaking. Our stay overall was quite nice. We will come again.
