I was a little disappointed that when we arrive at dinner time the restaurant was closed. And wanted to try the pool but it was closed on Monday. We really wanted to try the pool.

Superior room not worth the price tag
Bed not comfortable and squeaky
Very noisy when traffic and the snowplow cleans the drive way
I recommend choosing a room opposite side of the road.

We booked this hotel for a 2 night Christmas family getaway for 12 people.
There were pros and cons to this hotel and I will list them below.
PROS:
• Hotel looked beautiful on the surface or exterior.
• Staff allowed our kids to run around and didn’t bother us about being loud or rowdy since we were a larger group
• Balcony View of the lake is beautiful
• Beautiful bike/walk path just behind the hotel along the water.
• Nordik Spa is really nice and cozy but costs extra $.
• Indoor pool is beautiful but it is not heated and too cold.
CONS:
• If you reserved a room with 2 queen beds, they were hard as a rock and similar to motel beds from the old days and more double size than queen. Those who had 1 bed in the room seemed to be softer and better quality than the rooms with 2 beds.
• We all complained about the pillows. Worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel, ever.
• The tv units were huge but the tv was also too large to fit inside the unit. Bizarre. They had the tv sideways in the unit
• Hotel front staff was not knowledgeable about activities in the area, or taxi services.
• Food quality at restaurant was HORRIBLE. Service was very slow to do lack of support for busy waiter. Bar Manager was there, but not helping his waiter who had to take orders and make his own drinks. Manager was rude and unsupportive of his own staff, and extremely unprofessional toward us as customers, and his waiter who was working very hard and was very friendly while being overwhelmed.

Beautiful hotel with excellent rooms and very friendly staff. Good to use as a base for exploring Granby and the area around it.

We had a family trip and really enjoyed our time at your lovely resort. Great views, easy walkabout the wayerfront and beautiful architecture.

Nice hotel nice location. Lots of miscommunication however. Being told different things by different staff re pool hours and restaurant. Not a big deal but we could have planned better.
Staff if very friendly and accommodating.
We came to our room unfortunately there was a bad smell so we asked to move rooms and was accoudated.
Pools are nice but need a bit of maintenance…

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but feels old and tired.

Absolutely adored the furniture and decor. Check in was seamless. All staff very friendly and excellent service.

The room was fine, but the restaurant was terrible for supper service. it was inedible, an inexperienced cook must have been running the kitchen because even the French fries were inedible.

My son and I loved the looks and décor of the hotel. Everything was beautiful. I enjoyed the multiple pools and hot tubs. The setting is truly beautiful and relaxing, and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely consider this hotel again if I am in the area.

Great room, very spacious and unique. Limited breakfast menu though.
3.0
Our room was extremely clean and spacious. NIce towels and linens. I hadn't realized that the outdoor loungers and small pools were limited to Spa guests so we only had access to a small indoor pool that was well-enjoyed by children. The restaurant is in the middle of a staff change so there were some issues there. People at Reception were excellent and very helpful.

Property is outdated and the room was depressing.
The cleanliness was questionable all over the property.
Even with 270$ a night, you had to pay extra if you wanted to use the outdoor bath/pool.
Extremely disappointed

Beautiful area. Property was old but not in a charming way. Blinds and drapes were broken. Door was nearly off hinge in bathroom. Towels were frayed. Would have been all acceptable except that the price is exorbitant so expected more.

The person checking us in refused to speak English to us! This is disappointing- seeing that I’m a tourist in the area.
The hotel is cute and clean, though a bit dated. But my check in experience was disheartening.

There was broken railings on the gallery. Phone didn’t work. Drain on the bath came off. Tv wasn’t connected. Bathroom door handle was coming off
It was very expensive considering the issues

we booked one night with spa access! on the spot he asks us for $15 more for access to the spas and finally the next day tells us that the spas never work on Sundays and Mondays and they refuse to reimburse us! when you pay for a night with spa access, it's not just to sleep at the hotel! I have a bed at home

The hotel is very old and shows that it has not been properly maintained. The pool was dirty and cold the jacuzzis did not work (only 2 out of 5) and the 2 broke on our second day (they were cold as ice) the message centre was very unprofessional (booked us and cancelled us in less then 30 min) the only good thing I can say is that the rooms were clean and the area is nice!
4.0
Overall good experience. Only thing I dislike was no access to the exterior spa. For the price it should be included.

Great spa and the cycling trails around are superb.

Great Value for the area. They have an indoor pool and outdoor spa that you can access through the basement level. The rooms are standard. Although ours had paint peeling from the corners and sink drainage issues.
The staff was very nice and the overall property was decorated in a specific theme. Very mid century gothic revival vibes.
5.0
Spacious, comfortable rooms. Pool and jacuzzis are relaxing.

Hotel is very charming and you certainly get that old world vibe in a newer building. Furniture and some things in the hotel are starting to show their wear in tear and should be maintained for the price they charge per room.
However, that being said the SPA was lovely, our maître d’ for the breakfast was wonderful (Sedrick)! The beds were very firm but comfortable, pillows were good and the hot water and water pressure was great! The walking paths and cafe close by was perfect.
Close drive to Bromont and other places to explore. Would stay again. Stayed 4 nights.

Lovely place. Right on the lake, which is great for walking or biking. Rooms were very nice resturant was very good

We were not told when we reserved that it was extra to use outside pools and hot tubs. The room was very small for 4 people. You had to pay extra for coffee in your room.

The property was nice, clean. We didn't likethat the hotel restaurant was closed more than open. We didn't like the fact that they were charging extra to use the outside pool and hot tubs and suana. The inside shower and suana didn't work so i don't feel that wanting extra for those amenities
2.0
For the price, I have to say the room was nothing special about it. I was not happy to hear the hot tub was not included in the price because I booked through Expedia…that could have been made clearer. The restaurant was good though. Very tasty food and good service. We will have to return to the area again but I don’t think we’ll stay at the same place.

An excellent location. Great for families as pools were very busy. Large bathrooms and spacious room. An excellent hotel.

Room was very clean. Parking was easy. Scenic area.

Seemed old. Spa wasn’t open. Staff seemed grumpy. Pools were smaller than they appeared and the outside one was covered in sand. Room couldn’t be cleaned because of covid (?). Our room clock was still on daylight savings time which made us think no one had used the room in awhile. I was expecting way more for the price.

Very nice place. Furniture a bit tired but charming. Came with family. No much for little ones.

Old hotel attempted to modernise State of decking by pools area was abysmal and dangerous unlikely to pass a health and safety check Rotten uneven boards with exposed splintering and nails If this is prepped for new summer season reflects poorly

We had a very pleasant stay at St. Christophe Hotel & Spa. The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor was antique and a bit weathered, but the floors were new, and the room was very clean. The bathroom was sparkling and the shower was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
