Spacious and clean room with an amazing bathroom. Excessed our expectations. The staff is extremely helpful.

No food before 6, booked a while ago to use pool, pool closed for maintenance but wasn't informed, gym was pretty poor, evening meal was like a supermarket ready meal curry. Much better hotels in the area for cheaper

The staff are really friendly but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable and we had an outside light right outside our window that kept us awake the 1st night, we asked if we could switch rooms due to the bed and the light and this was not a problem. They advised us that they are looking to change the mattresses in the next few months. The rooms are not soundproof as we could hear all the noise from the corridor like people coming back after a night out and making loads of noise, also the corridor stank of weed so this was really off putting and due to the issues above we would not come back to this hotel.

We were here for 3 nights visiting friends nearby. The room was reasonably comfortable but the bed was soft/sagging a bit. Pillows weren't great. I had no issues with the service but there was nothing outstanding either.

Comfortable and reasonably priced. Fairly long queue to check in and a bottle of water in the room would be nice. There was coffee, which was appreciated.

A nice hotel with friendly and accommodation staff, the room looked like it had recently been decorated and was very nice and clean, as was the bedding. The selection of drinks at the bar needs reviewing, as a beer drinker there is only Camden pale ale, while okay is not particularily a good beer, perhaps a notable brewer like Tetley or John Smiths. Like wise the lagers too!

I have often stayed in this hotel, but this time was disappointing. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor than the double bed in the room.
The lower corridor where rooms 100 - 130 had a powerful smell of w**d on both days of my visit.
The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, and the large car park was free.

The cost was heavy, I was charged twice for breakfast later refunded after i took the time to complain (3 calls). Reception allegedly ordered me a taxi for a venue 100 yards away, never been there before. Had to remin the reception staff 3 times while I waited 20 minutes. Requested an invoice to my email and required to remind before received.

Throughout booking process and stay all questions answered politely and promptly, and accurate based on our experience. The property and room was clean and a great location for the purpose of our visit.

Good clean room. Not massive but absolutely fine. Bathroom was great with a shower and no bath which is my preferred option.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, spacious and close to plenty of shopping and food options. Good gym. My only complaint as the heating was on all the time and I didn't know how to turn it down/off

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool, great breakfast although toaster was ineffective- put bread through 3 times for warm bread! Evening meal reasonable. Just disappointed that I thought we had booked B&B, we still had to pay extra for the breakfast. Great setting with peaceful atmosphere, would recommend.

The team couldn't have been friendlier, and helped me register for their free rewards scheme to get a late check out. The room wasn't huge, but had everything you needed including a big Velux window you could vent at night. The water pressure was good, and Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was easy in the morning, and a good selection of vegetarian options.

Lovely room. Uninspiring decor, but nice and clean. A large room, but couldn’t open the windows. It was very warm during the night. Couldn’t get the aircon lower than 18 or open the windows so didn’t have a great nights sleep- but that is probably personal preference. The staff in the breakfast room and kitchen were fantastic. It is a pity that breakfast stops being served at 10am - which seems a bit early on a weekend - but there wasn’t anyone having breakfast at 9.30 when we were there so perhaps they are right.

Very helpful staff and a comfortable stay. Didn’t hear a peep from any other guests and slept well. Room was a good temperature however the shower was a bit damaged. The metal casing around the shower cord had broken and exposed the under tubing. Also the shower only seems to work when pointed directly downwards which isn’t ideal for hair washing.
This was the only complaint I had though.

Great place to stay for the business traveller. Plenty of facilities too. Rooms are comfortable and wifi great. Food is good and plenty of choice. Fast service and staff friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel, lovely clean spacious room, relaxing bar/restaurant. Customer services was excellent throughout our stay, nothing was to much trouble, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to rachel in the restaurant, Tia in the bar, Aaron on reception and Tanya who passed me in the corridor and helped assist me with my luggage, they are all a credit to the hotel. Ideally located walking distance to trains, shops, restaurants and cinemas. Couldnt fault a single thing.

Old worn out hotel, had to ask to have room cleaned and the bathroom was very small, holders falling off wall, shower had a constant drip and the amount of power when in use was pathetic
