I stayed with my mom for an event. Check in was great and the room was nice. Bathroom was a little tired-looking. Breakfast was excellent!

My husband and I loved how this hotel is attached to Short Pump Town Center. It’s also conveniently located to lots of other shops!

Everything was fine. Room was clean, staff friendly, parking easy to find. Lot of ahop or reataurant next to the hotel. The breakfast is as the Hyatt do usually but I was expecting more based on the reviews but at the end it was ok. The only "problem" was the missing forks to eat the breakfast.

Room was fine, but housekeeping was supposed to be every other day and this included garbage removal, towel replenishing and making the bed. We stayed for four nights, the bed was never made and the bathroom garbage never removed. Towels were replaced, but the bath towels were as thin as a paper towel.

Property is located at Short Pump Mall which offers many shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance from hotel. on the negative side, we had a full day from 8:30am - 6pm without water in the hotel. this was communicated at check-in, but my spouse had to work from the room that day, so it was inconvenient.

Great location. We only stayed for one night but it met all of our needs. Numerous restaurants, shopping all around, and close to the interstate. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was free. It consisted of eggs, corn beef hash, sausage, hash browns, and several bread options. It’s probably fine for most we just didn’t care for it. My only complaint was that there was a terrible smell in the hallway, it smelled like rotting trash. Once in our room we couldn’t smell it. Overall a great stay would definitely stay here again as it met all of our needs. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was actually good! Staff very friendly. It is basically attached to the mall, which wasn't a draw for us but wasn't an issue.

The hotel is a nice location and the rooms are very spacious. The bed was quite comfortable and I enjoyed the shower products. However, the room was not clean. There was a lot of dust and dirt, the floor drain in the shower was broken, and the lotion on the counter was clearly used. The blanket on the bed was also rather thin. All in all it could be a great hotel, but in its current state is mediocre.

Very nice good location and very pleasant staff. The sofa in the room was extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.

I checked in on the spur of the moment when I became ill while in Richmond. I was able to recuperate and felt much better for having stayed an extra night in the city. I particularly loved being able to purchase food in the market and prepare it in the room using real plates and forks. I will be back under better circumstances next time.

When checking in we were greeted by George. Very personable and a great attitude! Rooms were very clean. We also went to the bar and she was ready for all the different drinks we asked for. Breakfast was delicious and hot! Checkout was a breeze and I loved that they gave you until 12pm. The one little thing that should be changed is to give your guest the two bottled waters that are in the room instead of
charging $6 for each.

I don't like the $6.00 bottled water in the room. Even if you don't use it there's a chance you can be charged for it after you leave. Why not have it at the front desk for purchase? We always bring our own bottled water anyway. It's cheaper!

Furniture, cabinets were scratched and broken. Bathtub would not drain. HVAC did not work properly , there were 6 designated parking spots for the entire hotel. Front desk was not manned most of the time.Dirty laundry in hallway for 2 days, trash cans not emptied while there.

I could not view my NFL football in my room, due to I believe a device on tv blocking me from watching certain channels! I’m a 100% PTSD Disabled Combat Vet That choose to watch games alone as much as I can .

Staff was very friendly. Location is great. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was that the gym was absolutely filthy. Garbage pails and towel bin overflowing

From 11 PM till about 1:30 AM on the third floor, there was a lot of yelling and joking through the hallway from ages between 18 and 22. Though this is common in hotels with younger people, it was a bit inconvenient to fall asleep. However, and conversely, I still rate this hotel as an excellent place to stay. In particular, they have a fabulous morning breakfast that is often included in the price tag. There were two gentlemen running the breakfast, and they were top quality professionals with kindness and cleanliness.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. Took my husband to the Brazilian Steakhouse for his birthday since we done have one nearby us. This hotel was convenient. The bed was good but very wobbly. The slightest move made the entire bed shake. So if you get up or toss a lot in bed, you’ll keep your partner up. The clear gasket in the shower door should probably see some bleach. It’s got black mold all over and completely preventable. We had 4 roommates staying with us. We discovered them in the bedroom above the bed. Everything else was fine. We only stayed one night. I’d have no problems coming back, but I might consider bringing my spray bleach just in case so I know I’m getting in a clean shower.

The hotel was nice and clean, but no pool as advertised. The two gentlemen working the breakfast area were awesome. They were very attentive and super pleasant. That was the best part of the morning. The hotel is a 30 second walk to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are a decent size but the pull out couch is really close to the king size bed.
