Very friendly staff and great location

Excellent check in and full information provided. Room was clean, tidy and well presented. We had a superior sea view which was great. Alternative pillows were provided upon request.
All the hotel staff were always professional, interested and welcoming. Excellent English too.
Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice and variety, chef would cook eggs or pancakes if requested, the restaurant staff kept everything topped up and ensured tables were tidy.
Great location opposite the beach and promenade. 30 minutes walk to Malaga, 10 minutes by taxi, 15 minutes to metro station. Easy to park on local streets for free. Local shops and bars a few roads next to hotel. Easy to get taxis as there is a taxi rank outside hotel. Just 20 minutes to the airport and easy to get to A roads to other parts of Andalucia.

This hotel and its staff were fantastic! Check in was easy. Staff were so helpful and even provided towels for the beach! The room was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave :) Truly a 4 star experience!

It was a nice stay in a partial ocean view room. The room was huge. Comfy bed. The bathroom had all essentials. Great breakfast. Awesome staff.

Great hotel - bright and airy. Rooms spotless. Quick check in. Across road from beach. 2 km from town but a lovely walkway all the way in. Nice parks, restaurants. Great buffet breakfast.

Wonderful stay at this clean, modern and well appointed hotel. It seemed they thought of every possible convenience and need when designing the rooms.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the proximity to and view of the sea was great.
Hope to return someday, and will seek out Vincci hotels for future European travels.

I love that it’s only just a block away from the beach in the ocean so convenient! Super convenient from the airport. It was only about 10 minutes by Uber. Definitely staying here again!

We came to this Vincci hotel after staying at another in Valencia. Paola was so helpful - from printing our travel papers to ordering taxis - just great. The hotel offers free beach towels (as many as you want) and has a cute bar/restaurant for convenience. Overall a good stay - beds not super comfortable. Also, if you need parking, check to see if there is availability. The lot was full when we checked in but there was plenty of on-street (free) parking.

Great location being only 10mins Taxi away from Malaga Airport. The Hotel is modern, clean and tidy throughout. We had breakfast included which had a lot of variety and quality to boot! Located on the promenade offering a great beach and local bars and a large choice of restaurants from Italian to local cuisine. The location of the Hotel also offered easy access to the city with a 3k walk along the beach front or a 5min taxi into the city for around 10Euro each way.....we would definitely re-book this hotel should we come back to Malaga.

First and foremost, my girl Paula at the front desk was the absolute best. I think that one of the major keys to providing top notch service is being able to anticipate your customers needs and she was on top of it. She had patience and a ton of answers for my questions. A1 service. The Eco-friendliness of the property was awesome. I like the fact that inserting your key is what activated the power in the room. The sundries were all excellent choice and wrapped in recyclable and eco-friendly stone paper. The minibar choices were great. I definitely put the slippers to good use. The location was really what set it off. I think I went to bike on the coast every day that I was there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
