The room was dated, bed was HORRIBLY uncomfortable, A/C didn't crank to the level that humid Houston requires. Completely free Happy Hour and Snacks would have been a FANTASTIC perk, but they offer it to everyone in Houston. People flooded through the doors to eat & drink free, so the paying hotel guests had to compete with those lines. Bartender and manager were lovely, but the hordes of non-hotel moochers in their pajamas and robes during what should've been a VIP Happy Hour experience brought the score way down.

Great hotel. Easy access to I 10 and the beltway. Parking and breakfast were free.
Only two complaints: #1- breakfast should be served until 10am not 9am. The food was at the correct serving temperatures; #2-the wifi sucked! Access was easy but virtually non-existent. Had to use 5G. Discussed with the front desk and was advised of the high demand. Maybe it’s time to upgrade the system.

Upon arrival there was a sign stating that the pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning. I specifically used the pool/hot tub feature for filtering hotels when choosing so this was very disappointing. They gave me a room with a bathtub to make up for it but I would’ve rather just picked another hotel.

The hotel and rooms were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was great. The parking garage was connected and free and i felt safe parking .

Although the hotel was very well maintained and the front desk staff were super nice…. You could hear the cars from the freeway very clear. Would recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

This is my second stay at this property within 3 months and I came back because of the excellent service I had the first time. From the front desk, to room service to housekeeping, all top notch.

The location was perfect; close to the area where I attended an event. The hotel is clean, which is of utmost importance to me. The bed was comfortable, also important. I felt safe at this hotel; one more thing that is important, as I was traveling alone.

We really enjoyed the extra space in our suite throughout our weekend trip. The room was comfortable and very quiet, even over New Year’s Day. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool, too.

Needed to switch our room to an accessible room when we arrived because I was in Houston getting surgery. The lady at the front was very accommodating and got us upgraded for only a bit more to a nice large quiet corner room.

We’ve stayed at many hotels before but Embassy really blew us away. Front desk was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and spacious. We had a nice view. And the cherry on top was Breakfast. All the options and made to order omelets/pancakes were Delicious! Would definitely stay here again.

Very dissappointing. When I got to my room I noticed a strong odor in the hallway and the room. All of the doors looked recently painted so I think it was paint. Got to the room and one of the TVs was not working. I reported to the desk and they said they would have it fixed. Returned from dinner and my room key didn't work so had to go back down to front desk. Got new key and got to the room. The TV issue they said was fixed was not fixed. At that point I gathered my things and requested another room. Got a room on another floor, but still had a strong odor. I expect more from Embassy Suites

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff made you feel welcomed. I could smell a fresh scent when I walked in the room, and the sitting area was spacious. The restaurant offered a full breakfast buffet and you could order special made omelets. They also offered a free drink during Happy Hour. Their dinner menu also offered a variety of food.

Check in was easy. I didn’t like that it was a bug in my bed in the first room and it took like 20 mins for them to decide to move me to another room. The free breakfast and complimentary happy hour was a great added bonus. Don’t recommend the lunch or dinner though

It was Happy Hour when I checked in, and it seemed that they were understaffed to cope with the crowd requesting drinks and food.
I couldn't use the Hilton app to check in because I went through a 3rd party booking service. The Hilton reservation number was not made available to me.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. This was my second stay here, we had a mini staycation for my daughter’s 10th birthday and they didn’t want to leave. The rooms are so upscale and spacious, like mini apartments. The breakfast the next morning definitely was the icing on the cake. We will be back!!!

The price was $100 more than the other Embassy Suite - the other Embassy Suite had a beautiful atrium my room would overlook with a glass elevator. I thought this one, being more expensive, would be better, but there was no view. I asked re a cart for luggage and was given one only to be asked to bring it right back down as they would need it. Even though my reservation was for four, there were only two towels, when I called down for towels, an hour later I called as to why I have not received them and was asked to come get them at the front desk. So, the price was too high, no available cart for luggage and no room service is why I gave it that rating. The breakfast was great as usual, but again, not as nice as the one in which I paid $100 LESS. Very disappointing. Especially for Hotels.com.
