Overall this is a nice hotel however our room was located next to the side entrance people were going in and out all through the night slamming the door and talking very loud they were very inconsiderate to others sleeping. Their breakfast was perfect though. Nice pool and and exercise room.

The television service is my only complaint. It would be nice to have NETFLIX access. Otherwise this is the best hotel in the area. The staff is super friendly and I appreciate the morning breakfast. The hotel is super clean and it's a safe environment.

Ayres suites has always provided with us a very warm, and genuine experience. Since we frequently visit this property, the management has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ensure the best experiences with them. Augustine has BEEN ABOVE PAR IN HIS COMMITMENT TO THE PROPERTY, AND THE GUESTS THAT FREQUENT. He is honestly the MAIN reason to why we continue to come back!

Overall, the stay was great. Unfortunately, it didn't begin that way; after booking a king bed and checking in, my wife and I went up to the room to discover that it had a queen bed. I called the front desk and they said that there was a plumbing issue in the original room with the king bed, and that there were no more rooms left with king beds. They then offered a complimentary item from the lobby shop for the inconvenience. Upset at paying for a room I didn't get, and for being offered basically a candy bar instead a refund for the difference, I went downstairs to the lobby to speak to the staff. On the way, I checked on my phone and discovered that there were indeed rooms with king beds still being offered for the same dates as my stay. The staff at the front desk insisted that the website was wrong, and that trying to book one of those rooms would result in error; I showed them this was not the case. They then doubled down and showed me their in-house booking system screen, upon which I pointed out five available rooms with king beds. They said that those were more expensive rooms... which makes sense, but I wasn't even offered the opportunity to PAY for an upgrade, let alone be given one at no cost for my trouble. Eventually they did upgrade us to the room with the king bed for free, and still offered a complimentary item from the shop for both my wife and I. I commend the staff for finally making the decision to make things right. They were also very friendly.

This property delivers in terms of amenities and service. What I was disappointed with my stay was the fact I call ayres to confirm the hot tub was open as that was the main feature of our choosing them. I booked, drove straight there on a non refundable room to find the hot tub was closed. Now mind you when I did call, I was put on hold and was told management confirmed it's open. I feel im eserve a coupon for a free nights stay from the property.

Very comfy and safe even for a late check in on NYE. Unfortunately I feel the bedding/pillows weren't the most comfortable but the rest of the amenities were beautiful and comfortable. Loved the courtyard and landscaping for a morning walk after a tasty nreakfast

A breath of fresh air. I Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful ambience, polite staff, clean rooms awesome breakfast and it's cheaper than the Hamptons. Recommend anybody coming for a long state to come here.

Very clean and decorated for Christmas was very cute. Quiet with the exception of the freeway and occasional loud car or motorcycle. But that can’t be helped. Would definitely recommend for a nice short getaway or passing through. Plenty of place to eat nearby.

We stayed on the main floor #140. When the shower was being used, you couldn’t hear the tv until it hit volume 12-14 while sitting on the bed. This is very undesirable.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. New carpet smell in hallway. Walls were unpainted. Furniture is older and bed was not comfortable. Our room was on the freeway side and we are not used to that kind of noise. We could hear every move of our upstairs neighbors. Overall this was not the experience we had expected from an Ayre’s hotel.

AYres hotel is a classic hotel,I love the decor. However, my room #313 has a funny smell. Carpet needs shampoo. Usually all hotels I’ve stayed they provide hot pot and bottle waters but Ayres does not.
