I stayed here for 2 nights and I will definitely consider staying here again. I traveled with my two kids and wife for a wedding and we loved this hotel. I highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly the room was clean and modern. The free hot chocolate for the kids was a plus. Also, the restaurant across the street from the hotel was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and right off the expressway.We went visit our son who Is station on the navy base, one exit away and you are on the base.

We stayed one night en route to see friends in the area. We have stayed at several locations in the greater San Diego area and this just became a top 5 spot. Easy to get too, super comfortable, great shower, per friend with realistic pet charge for the room. By far, a 9/10 experience. It’d be 10/10 if the room coffee was more than a coffee pod option. Heads up for pet owners: great grassy areas right by the hotel & an easy walk around the block for exercise. However, and this IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, but broken bottles on the side walks can occur so just be aware. 9/10 per friendly hotel.

During my 2-night stay I did not receive room cleaning. I was told at the front desk that I should request it. I think that they should warn me at check in about this situation, or put signs explaining it in plain sight.

The hotel was fine. It was near nothing and really in the middle of nowhere. The shower dripped the entire night which kept us awake, and the walls were paper thin so we heard our neighbors at all hours. One of our children was on the fold out couch and it squeaked everytime he breathed. We tried to go into the jacuzzi but the water was murky, and we tried to get coffee in the morning but they were out of cream and milk. All in all, we would definitely not choose to stay there again.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Parking was easy, lobby and rooms were very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant in the parking lot was delicious too!

Decent hotel, a lot of people hanging around outside the hotel. Guessing they were construction workers from out of town. Made my wife a little nervous.

When I became a USA citizen I took my husband’s last name. My favorite credit card still has my maiden name; this my best rewards card. The receptionist didn’t allow me to use it even though I show her two other credits cards with my husband’s last name. This is not the first time that I stay at this hotel. Every time that I come to San Diego I stay here. I told her that this have never happened to me before. Usually when I show proof that I’m the same person people accept my favorite credit card. This card even has my picture on it. It was disappointing that I won’t get these points. I understand that she was only doing her job, but I think she was really strict about it.

Although we only stay at this hotel when visiting California, as it is super clean and comfortable but this time the stay was not so nice. The room we had was sooo noisy. Hope we never get this room again.

Property was clean and there were plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. One thing I have against them is the free "beverage" was just a bottle of water. Not a dealbreaker but I would rather they don't mention this and just hand me a bottle of water instead.

I walked into a room with the lights on, bed wasn’t made and front desk didn’t bother to offer a (snack & water) baggie, something that we’re used to as we are frequent guests. Had to come back down with my luggages so I could get assigned a clean room.

Stayed here with my family, we booked because it was a BW Plus, with an open outdoor pool and how close it was to downtown. The pool area was desgusting, the pool was full of sand and looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time, the hot tub was a weird color and when we turned the jets on it made a bunch of gross bubbles. The room didn't have enough blankets and pillows for the pull out bed, we asked 3 times and they still never brought anything up. I stay in a lots of Best Westerns for work and this is deffently not a plus.

Great hotel with a kind staff. Clean with a nice comfort area in the lobby with free coffee. Restaurant/Bar in the parking lot had great food and drinks. My first room the heater quit working but the staff was exceptionally helpful in getting me moved to another room while they had it repaired.

The hotel is excellent, very clean and at a convenient location. The staff is friendly. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The only downside is the restaurant next door has live music on Saturday, very loud and noisy.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that they don’t clean the room unless you ask for, I did ask for cleaning service but they didn’t do it, other than that the room was clean when we first got there and the staff was friendly, location is great

My 10 year old son left his brand new Nintendo switch which he got for a christmas present behind. I called to ask them if they could ship it to washington state and they told me nothing was left behind. We know for a fact it was left in the bed he was sleeping in. He was playing in under the covers the night before and left it there when he fell asleep and forgot to grab it the next day. Housekeeping is a bunch of thieves!!! Someones little boy or girl is a happy camper while my son is devastated by the loss. If only there was good honest people left

It was a nice property but once I got in my room smelled like weed and I had plumbing issues I notified the front desk and they didn’t care. They said they were gonna go upstairs and check it out and try to put me in a different room, but staff never even bothered to go check it out or to give me a call to follow up or put me in a different room The people next to my room were super loud till like 4:30 AM
