Good stay, not a lot more to say!

The most dissppointing was the hotel bar/restaurant…. Very bad drinks, and mediocre food.

We were given a room at the back of the hotel which wasnt in the best codition.
First thing to hit me was a cigarette burn on the chair so obviously very old furnishings chipped wood just generally tired.Bar also very tired and poor range of drinks available.

Nice hotel, centrally located and comfortable.
Reception offered one key card for a couple and the 20% off food was not offered as advertised in the Hotels.com website when we booked

The room was adequate for a father and son away the weekend for a stagger. They weren’t needing anything special

Great hotel with a fantastic location 😎👌

I stay in Aberdee regularly but had never tried the Leonardo before but will certainly be back.
Staff were lively, particularly the receptionists.
I was upgraded to a superior room which came with late chrckout at 2pm.
The room was spacious, modern and clean and had everything i needed for my stay.
Location is excellent too, in Union Square shopping centre right by the train and bus stations.

Dated hotel and in areas condition of redecoration is needed.

Lovely Hotel would definitely come back. Ideal position - right next to train station into shopping centre and up escalator to hotel.
Lots of restaurants next door.

Nice enough stay for 1 night, bed not very comfy and pillows hard with no choice of hard or soft, room and bathroom getting a bit tired, tv could have been larger, only sparkling water and no still water in room.

Always stay here when in Aberdeen, nice & welcoming, lighting need an upgrade I’d say but otherwise all tip top

Premier inn way better. Rooms could at least have king size beds

Bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning didnt seem to work.

Central for shops, buses and trains. Not so good if using car parking longstay and overnight very expensive

Great location connected to the Mall. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and a very short walk to Union street

Excellent stay great staff food and convenient for train and bus. Shopping centre nearby recommend it to all👏

Overall stay was good, windows in room draughty which meant placing our towels on sill to block cool air. Drawers in room were both broken. Breakfast area was also cold near the window and both mornings the food wasn’t very warm.

We had a great stay the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were moved rooms because of faulty heating in our room . I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is poorly designed. Close to the window outside was the vent of a generator / heating etc. It meant there was a low rumbling noise all night, which was very disturbing. In the morning the shower connector was not working, meaning there was no shower available (there was a bath though). Throw in a very average breakfast and overall a very disappointing stay. I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews, and I did report the shower to the front desk, who were very polite. But as I travel a lot for work, I know I won't be staying here again

Have been using this hotel for many years and as yet the thing I hate most about it is the reading lamps at each headboard.Honestly they are the pits.Absolutly hopeless.
Please get them changed.!!!

My stay was ok. My only comment was the staff had no idea were there was an electric vehicle charger and there was actually one in the centre multi story car park that is connected to the hotel which is in the same centre.
All your hotels would benefit in getting new custom from proper information on public EV chargers and rates. Even more so if you installed them yourself.

Amazing stay. Comfortable beds spotless room and kind staff. Breakfast was awesome with a great choice and the lovely Rosa went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I'm always a bit dubious travelling alone with my kids but I just felt so super safe here and it's so handy for both the bus and train station. Thanks again

Our stay was good as the location of the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel you can enter within the shopping centre. The parking you can acess from the shopping centre, through the train station and its all under cover for £7 for 24 hours. The rooms are basic, nothing special and the toilet roll is the thinnest I've seen, so you might want to take your own. If i stayed again it would be purely based on the location.

Our stay at the Leonardo Hotel offered convenience and comfort, especially appreciated for family travel. The highlight for us was the additional bed for our 6-year-old, who's outgrown sharing a bed with us. It made our nights much more comfortable.
The location is fantastic, with a bus terminal right below the hotel, providing easy transportation options, including a direct bus from the airport. It was incredibly convenient not having to navigate complex travel arrangements upon arrival and during our stay.
One important thing to note for future guests is the absence of a safe in the room. We found ourselves carrying our valuables with us whenever we went out, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
Overall, our experience was positive, with the benefits of location and family-friendly room setups slightly offset by the lack of in-room security for valuables.

Its in a shopping mall, very difficult to find, you have to go into the mall and search, there is no external signage. The nearest car park is ludicrously expensive. There is another adjacent to the railway station which can be reached by covered walkway if you know about it. Parking at College street is better but then different prices if you park in the normal car park or the station car park. None of this was mentioned at reception until I asked, then they couldn't give directions, very poor. Place is modern and clean, plenty of places to eat nearby, breakfast was ok

Very helpful staff and allowed us to book in early as well as put both room next to each other - very clean & lovely hotel

Staff was friendly, the hotel was nice and clean

The hotel was booked as a practical venue. It was central, near the train station, and served a purpose. The hotel amenities and accommodation was basic, but met our needs. I wasn’t expecting anything more, but it would have been a pleasant surprise if it did. The bathroom was worn and had a number of areas of water damage, but it was fit for purpose, just perhaps a little uneasy on the eye.

Nice reception and communal areas. Rooms fairly basic but clean.

Just a one night hassle free stay, very straightforward. Leonardos are always accomodating and the location in Aberdeen is the best for shopping.
