Room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, everything we needed for a short stay.

This Hotel is amazing, from the staff who are lovely, amazing food , rooms ,the comfiest bed ,decor, cleanliness and great value for money ! Not one fault, would highly recommend, due to working nationwide I stay Mon-Fri in hotels , this is one of the very best I’ve stayed in ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was welcomed to the hotel & checked in upon my arrival. It was a friendly welcome & good to see that I was in a clean & tidy hotel. My room was clean with adequate clean fluffy white towels, a desk with tea & coffee making facilities which included some very welcome biscuits. WiFi was available in my room at no extra cost, most important & a decent sized tv. A shower in the bath & shower cream plus more at the washbasin was much appreciated. Overall, my stay was great & this hotel will be where I stay on my next visit to Worcestershire.

Room was a good size for us as a family, beds were comfortable, the restaurant is lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Was perfect for us for the 1 night we needed the room for.

Room and bed comfortable. Not enough staff... Young and more interested in chatting with each other or on their phones. Gave up waiting for breakfast.

Impressed by the customer service at this nice place to stay, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, professional and efficient team. The location was a great for the road network in the area; for public transport users the hotel is on a direct bus link between Droitwich Spa, Bromsgrove and Worcester. This is a public house with rooms, the pub is very welcoming, a lovely place for drinks and food. The rooms are a little dated in terms of décor and the communal areas could do with a lick of paint and some TLC however as with the rest of the property spotlessly clean. The memory I will take away from the Crown was the extremely comfortable bed, duvet and pillows which aided a brilliant nights sleep. Highly recommended and will stay again

Location was the only good part, we had booked a meal for 8 people and made sure when booked not to be in bar. But on the night this was what we ended up with , so not very happy , we had to order at bar as they were too busy to wait on us, when food arrived some dishes were wrong and cold, not a good experience and staff rude

Property looks respectable.

Simple accommodation, reasonably priced. It was clean and comfortable located by a main road with a car park. The pub was deserted. Waited 25 minutes with no sign of human life to get a drink. was about to serve myself!

Met by James, very friendly and went to room. Clean and tidy but the window area very dirty. Unfortunately fronting onto such a busy road there was constant traffic noise in Room 7. Parking was plentiful and check out the next day was easy.

The hotel was very conveniently located, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room, however, was uncomfortably hot. The only windows were two skylights we couldn't reach (and were in any case over the beds). A fan was provided, which we had turned on throughout the night – which was very noisy – but the room was still too warm. The corridors, by contrast, were fully air-conditioned! An air-conditioning unit would be a good idea for this room.

Room 10. One night stay for my brothers funeral. They let us have the room early which was great. There was a stand up fan placed where you hang your clothes. I hung my black shirt up and it brushed against the fan, when I went to put the shirt on it had dust all down the sleeve. It did brush off okay, I moved the fan to one side as it needed a good clean. The only other problem was the lack of power in the shower, it needs turning up. The staff and service were excellent. The Full Breakfast was excellent.

Perfect for a short night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with an extra blanket. The shower had no pressure though. However my son had a lovely nice comfortable long sleep. He was happy I was happy.

Stayed here overnight whilst working in Droitwich. The staff were great, the surroundings were excellent and the room was everything I needed and more. Coupled with great food and drink at more than reasonable prices, what more could you ask for? Thanks to all at The Crown, you should be proud of what you've got👍

Welcoming staff, nice room with comfy bed. Good choice of food.

There is a lot to like at the Crown. The hotel decor is modern and not too bad, a few scuffs here and there but overall quite pleasing. However, beware of room 10, which we were in. It has no windows. Natural light comes from two skylights. A hooked pole is provided for opening and closing these. Neither has a blind, or any means of keeping out light when day breaks. Traffic noise can be heard from the busy road outside and the motorway nearby, but it was too hot a night to close the skylights. A fan was provided but, combined with traffic noise, was too noisy even at low setting for a light sleeper. Early in the morning my wife did try closing one of the skylights but found this impossible. The room carpet didn't look too bad despite a couple of small stains but could probably do with a clean. The shower gel container being empty was disappointing. Food was served downstairs in the pub, fairly quickly, piping hot and very tasty. The pub is freshly decorated, tables and chairs all in very good condition. The garden area out back is beatifully kept. Next morning we opted for a cooked breakfast and a continental breakfast. On ordering I was told there were no mushrooms and offered extra sausage. After paying I was told there were no pastries (for the continental breakfast) but could have toast. When I asked for orange juice I was told there wasn't any. Staff were pleasant and attentive but being a bit more proactive wouldn't go wrong, especially on how to close skylights.

Arrived after a 5 hour trip with baby, we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay it was so bad.

The stay was comfortable with a clean room

All good from the minute we checked in. Clean, tidy, food good, staff helpful and friendly.
