This spot is an amazing value for a family stay in the Algarve

the View was amazing. the development was very well kept up and felt safe.

I felt the instructions on how to get the keys were poor. I had to go to a location miles away to get the key, only to find out that there was a lockbox at the condo. If they were providing the best experience, it would have been much better to leave the key at the house in the existing lockbox. There were some broken cabinets in the kitchen. No differentiation between the loose laundry detergent and the dishwashing detergent packets had me guessing.

Nice stay to start the New Year!

Everything was great. Amazing view and quiet area! The house is spacious and the exceeded our expectations in terms of space and appliances. On the first night we turned on the AC and the house was instantly warm and cosy. The staff was very helpful in providing a nice coffee machine that saved our mornings.

The location is very steep to walk, if you don't have a car be ready to exercise. We also found some ants in the bedrooms’ floors, which were not an actual problem but they didn’t share expenses with us and it would have been nicer if we didn’t have them there. The house should provide a sponge and dishwasher detergent even though there’s a dishwasher.

Superb

Lovely place, quiet thistle of the year, nice clean pool,lots of hilly walks and staff were amazing on reception when my daughter lost her comforter and managed to contact cleaning company and found it! Can't thank them enough.

No basic stuff....washing up liquid sponge would be helpful

nice place that could easily improve few details to make stay memorable

the house is beautiful and the view is really nice.

amenities are vey limited. the house should be more equipped. it took us long time to find the place I’ve we were in the village . GPS in the web is not correct to arrive by car. reception is in a different location from the houses and it was not mentioned in the confirmation.

Fabulous apartment linked to super golf club in lovely little village.

Amazing views. Lovely location. Apartment great. Price acceptable. Golf club linked to apartment first class. Welcome for visiting players to join all competitions.

Heating system very complicated and not very efficient upstairs (living area). You must get the agents to send their man to help you get it working if you are staying when heating is required. TV system very complicated and not good. Take DVDs.

No dish soap in kitchen, sometimes there were ants, the apartment was too strongly fragranced

Excellent view, but the hot water system did not work and cleaning could be improved

The view

During our 3 day stay, the water heater only worked one day. On the first day I complained about the cold shower, which was promptly fixed. On the second day I managed to take a hot shower, but on the third it stopped working again. We also found two blond hairs on the bed sheets, which is not a good sign of cleanliness.

Great stay, not ideal for young kids.

Nice clean and spacious apartment. Great view. Many outdoor options, 2 balconies and a roof terrace.

Many steps staircase to reach the apartment. Not ideal for carrying heavy luggage, kids, groceries. No kids safety in the apartment. Stairs are unprotected, open electricity points.

Locke stay in Salema

Beautiful location set on the hill overlooking Salema. Quiet and with beautiful views towards the ocean.

Excellent view, clean and comfortable accommodation.

The apartment / villa was spacious and well furnished The view from our villa was spectacular The resort reception manager Eduardo Martins was a gentleman

No F&B at all on resort and zero information on Booking.com to pre-warn the buyer Appalling lack of information / directions on where and how to check-in on arrival or checkout on departure. Check-in is located 3 kms away from the villas..! At the golf resort reception. But there is no information on Booking.com or at the resort to advise the arriving guests of this. Zero information about the villa inside the property. The guest has to fumble and blindly guess how things work and where things are. The resort is built on a very steep slope; there are stone steps everywhere and no lifts at all. Over 100 steps from the lower car park to the communal swimming pool. Again, the buyer must be informed of these specific conditions BEFORE purchase. An elderly or handicapped person can not stay here.
