Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs !!

Staff were nice, property is terrible & room was average. Although I did not expect anything else for the sub $100 per night rate.

A hotel apartment from HELL. No housekeeping from previous night. Dirty sheets, only 1 towel. No TV. No seat or couch to sit on. Office shut and nobody to talk to. It gets worse, Second night our room has 2 African gents in the room even though we paid and have door keys. Office shut. It is hopeless.

Worst place ever

Thankfully the attendant couldn't be bothered staying up till the advertised, late check-in time. This place is unfit for human habitation. It should be removed from all rental facilities, especially Expedia. The smell is indescribable but is overwhelmingly cigarettes and the unwashed. The hallway carpets are saturated and rotting. The upstairs door to the fire escape is permanently open. The walls are almost translucent they are so thin. I appreciate some folks live this way but I don't need to discover that at 11pm, after having committed my non refundable booking. A disgraceful , disgusting property.

Everything was terrible. The photos are not what you get (room 43). The bathroom was dirty with broken tiles, broken shower door, no towel rails and only one towel for two people. The mattress springs were coming out and we needed to sleep on top of the quilt. The floor was covered in cut pieces of carpet. The doors were ripped off the wardrobe. There was no lift and we stayed on the third floor. The place would not pass any inspections.

Don’t ever stay in this place no locks on the door lights hanging off filthy beds no handle on the bathroom graffiti everywhere absolutely filthy bugs everywhere absolutely vile place owner was unbelievably rude mold in the shower carpet wasn’t attached to the floor and then when we asked for an upgrade owner hid away and told us to leave DONT EVER STAY HERE

All I can say is you get what you pay for, not much not happy when I woke up in the morning and saw that there was no fire alarm. I think this should be reported

It was really disappointing if pushed on the door from the outside it would open the lock was coming off the actual door the toliet wasn’t cleaned and was broken mould growing in the bathroom sink off and out of date food left in fridge only had a little pillow to sleep with won’t be going back again

Tram train and chappel st nearby Freindly manager no fuss and no frypan

Shower had no hot water and toilet was broken. Unable to be provided basic amenities that are mandatory.

Cant sleep,there's bedbug in the bed n rats running in the room

Was given insect bombs on the way into the room, was cleaned but stuff left in room from other people. Was very creepy because there was someone walking up and down to my room and knocking on the door both nights I stayed, was in fear for my life not knowing what was going to happen.

I will never come back to your appartment again and wouldn't refer anyone to you. Very dirty and deceiving. Requested and paid for 2beds got only 1bed. Customer service zero.

Expedia should not have this on their books. Not suitable for families. Would not recommend. We have a young family and could not stay here, we did not feel safe. we lost our money. Most unhappy.

The property was very dirty, had graffiti all over it, exposed electrical wires, no smoke detectors and no window screen. We did not stay there one night and ask that Expedia refund our money

There was no room avaialable despite booking a week ahead. Poor communication, waited around lost 2 hours and was late for my planned event as I trhen had to go and find another motel at a moments notice. WHOTIF YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED YOU HAD NO FOLLOW UP,IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT

I felt like I was squatting in derelict apartment.

Light switches & electrical switches were hanging off the walls. No light globe in bathroom. No blind or curtain in bathroom. The old fridge was very noisy & was dirty inside & the ice in ther freezer section had frozen peices of vegetables stuck in it. The bed had blod stained sheets. The tiles in the kitchen were broken & smoke were missing. No fire alarms installed.

The property served a need, but it is in need of repair

The room was very unsafe. Power points were hanging out of the wall, the fan control was held together with duct tape and the smoke alarm was broken. I am extremely unhappy with Watif for booking me into this very dangerous room and I would strongly recommend removing this establishment from your books

Filthy dirty, swarming with cockroaches, and other bugs, i left the room and property at midnight and slept the rest of the night in my car, i wouldnt stay there if they paid me, they should reimburse me with a full refund, absolutely disgusting.

If you love your life, stay away from this place. The room had wirings exposed. The mattress stank and the side tables had all marks and scratches on it. Everyone living there was scary and the only thing good was the person at the help desk. We left the property within a hour of checking in.

I had business in the area. Due to the lack of parking I was "upgraded" to a different location 40 minutes away, longer due to traffic. The room was below any star rating. There was no management available when a guest decided to play extremely loud music from 2:00am until 7:30am. When guest complained the music just went louder. I would have been better off sleeping in the car.

Do not go for this property.. Its very very old and not clean

The kitchen was riddled with German cockroaches and baby cockroaches, the grounds were full of rubbish, the roof leaked in the rain, the internet didn't work on the side of the building I was staying. I checked out the next day - disgusting !

Front desk clerk was pleasant and accommodated us to check in early since we were traveling with luggage. However, when we checked-in, we found the building to be in horrid condition with water damage, dirty laundry piles in the office, broken windows, and grime everywhere. The hallways were "open to air out the smoke." Our room didn't open at first because lock was jammed. Once we got inside, we didn't want to touch anything. Carpet is stained with white spots everywhere. Linens had what looked like cigarette burns and blood spots. Windows were stuck wide open with no screens. Holes in bathroom wall with brick & insulation spilling out beside toilet. Kitchenette sink and shower had died & live bugs crawling around. My last test was to check under mattress and saw what was dozens of brown & red spots - bed bug & blood stains. VRBO didn't issue a refund when I called & so I submitted video evidence of broken windows, locks, and bugs . Couldn't pay me to stay there.

The condition of the room was appalling. It was filthy with paint falling off the walls. The floor was dirty and there was mould all in the bathroom. No mattress protector on the dirty mattress. The kitchen was old and unappealing. The room was for a couple but it only had 1 towel, 1 mug and 1 coffee satchel. Never again.

The property was in such a bad state. The entite building smelt of stale smoke. There was mould in the bathroom, no aircon as stated online, no cooking utensils, there were 4 beds in a 'double room'. The t.v was broken and no batteries in the control. Complained to reception who moved us rooms after one night to a room that was equally as bad and now had no hot water.
