Wouldn’t stay there again. Limited services, overpriced.

Heaven on earth! Wide open land with cows all around. The property is so peaceful. The cottage area is well appointed. The bed is one of the comfiest ones we've experienced in our travels.
Downtown for shopping and food is only minutes away. The highway is less than two minutes.
We will be back!

Property is out in the country overlooking a dairy farm. Great sunset this evening and enjoyed a drink off the back deck.

Unique and beautiful. I loved the brief stay there.

The only reason I gave 3 stars for Staff & service is that we didn't see any staff, but didn't need to. With their online check-in, we skipped the check-in line and didn't have any issues. The room was spacious and upscale. My only regret was that we only had 1 night. Will keep this on our list of re-stays!

Very nicely done units, and the views were as described, beautiful. We enjoyed our 1 night there with our pup.

Beautiful property and lovely rooms. Clean and lovingly decorated room. Suite 2 was gorgeous. Loved the kitchenette, the views, the bathroom...Can't wait to return!

The description at Expedia suggested this was a bed & breakfast. It's not. I'm sure it is a superb event location for weddings, etc. We arrived at dark, with the house lit up suggesting staff was on duty. They were NOT; that was OK - until morning. There's no breakfast at this B&noB. Good luck getting the fancy Keurig coffee maker to work. I know now, but I'm not telling. The coffee pods were horrible, probably long expired. All said, the room was great, very clean, well appointed, all we really needed. Just don't expect any help or breakfast or decent coffee unless you bring it yourself. No I would not stay here again. I'm too old to get married again.

This review is one of those reviews where the place was great but could be better if. The property is in a very nice setting with cow pasture all around you with a very country feel. It is reasonably close to the town and we enjoyed Staunton. The room (Surry) was great. King size bed that was fairly comfortable, spacious room and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub (operational direction would have been better, but we figured it out)
and roomy shower. By comparison, the TV was a bit small for the room. The location appears to have facilities to have serve breakfast but did not offer that. It would have been great to have a true Bed and Breakfast experience. They are clear about their linen policy on swapping out towels for only more than 3 nights. We had to ask for this service with our 4 night stay.
In the end it was small things, but would consider again if in the area. We did enjoy our stay.

Always a great place to stay. Self checkin a bit impersonal for a luxury property.

This is a beautiful property with many thoughtful touches. Great towels, high end pillows, coffee and tea available, etc.

Great stay at Orlesa! It's a newly renovated farm house that is both clean and quaint. Great stay for a couple. I look forward to seeing the whole property when they're done with everything.

An unexpected pleasure to check in. Website had predicted personless check in. Instead, a wonderful young lady helped us with everything. Just arrive before 6 PM.

An amazing property and we will definitely return just to stay at Orlesa Farms with no alternative reason! Megan, the property manager was delightful and a true source of local history.

We had basically a lovely studio apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. Very quiet location on a farm with great views & of course COWS :-) loved it, will return

Breakfast was supposed to be included but none was provided. Combination for lockbox was supposed to be emailed but never was. Just happened to run into a housekeeper who rescued us. Very clean lovely views. Was charged a cleaning fee despite having to remove our own trash. Seemed that inn was changing hands and perhaps that resulted in these hiccups.

The grounds of Orlesa Farms are stunningly beautiful! From the gorgeous mountains surrounding it, to the rolling hills that it is situated on, to the Millstone Barn and main house. You will instantly feel relaxed and rejuvenated when you take a walk around the property, then follow it up with a relaxing stay in one of the Millstone Barn's rooms.
The rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and just cozy overall. We stayed in the Sussex, and really enjoyed the fireplace and private patio. Some instant oatmeal was left in our room so we could have a small breakfast the next morning, and the coffee maker out in the main area of the barn had a variety of coffee flavors to start our day. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, so I would recommend a stay at Orlesa Farms to anyone!

It was perfect in every way. Plan to visit again. Innkeeper Katherine was a delight. Breakfast was 1st class with Lenox china, beautiful fruit bowl and freshly made pancakes and sausage.

This couple knows how to run a servie oriented first class B&B. Everything was perfect. You will not be disapointed. A must stay if you are in the area. Nothing compares, truely a great value for what you get compared to local hotels that often cost more than this spectacurlar B&B.

This place is incredible! Katherine was lovely, the room was gorgeous, and the food was amazing!

This Inn is family owned and only 9 rooms. Each aspect of our two night stay was unequalled in service and quality. The breakfast solarium was a treat. Food, table settings, and friendly & attentive staff made each morning very, very pleasurable.
