Nice clean place

We absolutely loved this place. It checked all of the boxes for us and did not disappoint. Loved the room, the lobby, the gym, the pool, the breakfast and proximity to nearby attractions.

We arrived about 30 mins prior to check in and our room was not ready, however the lovely lady at the front desk was able to upgrade us to a room that was. Unfortunately, the fridge did not work in the upgraded room. When I spoke to the nice guy at the front desk a bit later, he said the maintenance guy wasn’t there today. He did try and contact maintenance but didn’t ever hear back. So we didn’t have a fridge to use which was a real bummer. Hotel was clean, upgrade was great and had a big nice couch, staff very friendly. I personally found breakfast to be underwhelming but I did come down after 9am so that might be my own fault.

Not the usual Hyatt stay. Seemed like it was less than the top service I expected. Very few toiletries. First day they forgot to make the bed, 2nd day they forgot to clean the bathroom. Very basic stay which is unexpected at a Hyatt property.

Had a girls weekend Hotel is about 15 minutes from Downtown Raleigh where we went to lunch and shopping. Hotel has been remodeled - everything was clean and safe. We will definitely stay here again

Nice hotel for business trip. Friendly staff, good location (close the airport, not far from commercial areas, close to some qualify shopping), plentiful breakfast, large room with plenty of comforts (microwave is a helpful addition)...
Will surely come again next time I am in town.

Rude people. I got screamed at for using the wrong tongs at the breakfast buffet by an employee. Hotel is great and clean. Some of the people are very unpleasant.

Only negative was that the restaurant was out of business so it wasn’t possible to get anything except breakfast and vending machine snacks to eat on premises.

The property is very well-maintained! Our room was super clean, and we were impressed with the size of our room and convenience of the layout of the hotel itself. All staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for any event at PNC arena.

Great proximity to PNC arena, which is why we stayed here. Nice rooms, very spacious. Bathroom was very dark and no fan so impossible to dry off after a shower and everything was damp. Free breakfast was not great. Eggs were cold, French toast sticks were cold. Not a deal breaker though as we didn’t really care about breakfast. Would stay again. Staff was friendly.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. There were large L-shaped couches, a comfortable footrest, end tables, lots of charging areas, ports, and outlets. There were large flat screen LG tvs, and a divider between the bedroom and sitting room for privacy. A highlight was the large wall to wall windows in the sleeping room, and the views of the pine trees were lovely. Everything was clean, the employees were helpful and informative, their daily was breakfast copious, yummy, and had a little variety day to day. The only downside was the doors to the rooms looked heavy- but the walls were paper thin. Any and every conversation in the hallway could be overheard and might be a problem for light sleepers. Otherwise I loved it, would highly recommend and, definitely would be back again.

Very nice hotel. My only complaint was the pillows were tiny. Otherwise, everything was great! Breakfast bar had a nice variety, bed was pretty comfortable, and the room was clean.
