Pretty nice stay. Comfortable and clean. Nice location to visit the main street and some other places. Nice staff. Breakfast was fine. Great hotel for family stay.

The property itself is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and very friendly - always smiling, saying “hello” and welcoming. The breakfast was varied with some good choices everyday and the pool was fun to play in after a day of exploring.
You can’t ask for a better hotel and staff while on vacation with your family.
The big surprise of the trip was Pattaya itself. The beach is gross - garbage all over, boats docked everywhere - we didn’t dare go in the water. Very sad to see as it must have been amazing at one time.
Then there is the sex tourism, alcohol and drugs… This blindsided us. The town is full of it. Do your research before travelling and understand what you’re coming to see/do. We spent most days outside of Pattaya at Koh Larn and the waterpark (both beautiful) or staying at the resort.
The hotel and staff are great but the city isn’t what we though it would be for a family touring Thailand.

For the regular price of thr room this hotel is really good. If theres a sale, dont sleep on it, I recommend. Close to everything but far from the noise.

Nice pool and lounging area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Can be noisy at night from other guest in the corridor. The location around the hotel is also difficult to walk.

Staf are friendly. In general the accommodation is nice and a convenient place to stay.
Unfortunately i want to mentioned two point what was a little bit annoying.
Lot of environment noice from the building which are under construction next to my room.
Another thing was that round 2, 3 o clock in the morning a lot of tourists were talking quite loud that gives not really a pleasant place to rest.

my room was looking toward the swimming pool.. some nights were very loud and noisy.

This is the hotel I use every time I go to Thailand.
Overall, I'm satisfied, but it was a shame that I cleaned my room for about two days on this trip.
There was no smoking stand on the balcony, the shower gown disappeared after cleaning, and there were many strange foreign objects on the bed.
Other than that, all the staff are friendly and very comfortable.

The Altera was a real surprise, I found the location quiet and great, the staff very friendly, my room was fantastic. All in all a great experience

I stayed in room 2307 and what i didn't like was a rooster that was waking me up every morning at 5am. This was consistent throughout my stay. However, a friend staying in 2302 didn't face the same issue. Other than that, it was a solid stay .

Overall I had an excellent stay ,staff were friendly and helpful. Hose keeping and cleaning done daily and room toilet well stocked with extras.

very nice and comfortable hotel especially the in room washing machine and clothing room, very convenient for me to wash and change up. Friendly staff had done a great job ensuring room is clean and comfy all time.

Not a fan of the location bc i dont like to walk. The hotel n staff is really good. Love my room layout. Seems like all the taxi n ride share knows this hotel. Its really inexpensive to Grab or Bolt everywhere

17 nights in 1 bedroom suite, room condition good except bathroom has mouldy smell. Most Front desk staffs lacks English not friendly. Breakfast very boring. Caution - Induction cooktop ok for heating soup or cooking noodle, not for stir fry.

Rooms were nice but there was always a strange odor coming from the ac unit. Staff is friendly and close to Central Marina and BIG C shopping center. Pool is great!

Property is in a good location I felt. Its not right on the street which is nice so you don’t hear the noise and close to beach, restaurants and food market. However, one thing I noticed was there was never anyone at the pool area. There was a pool bar but never anyone at the pool to pick up area, and it was always dirty, with left food, towels and drinks, you literally had to track someone down just to get a drink or any kind of service. Service definitely lacking in that area. Breakfast could be a little better and not so centralized around Asian since there was a variety of different travels and not everyone is keen to traditional Asian breakfast. Overall, had a good stay.

I usually did not give negative comments on hotels in which i stayed unless my experience was really bad.
I have to say, Altera's service was terrible. House cleaning was done very late every day. I once went to the hotel reception requesting immediate cleaning of my room (already 4 pm in the afternoon), and still i had to wait for another hour to get it done!!
Always missing items like towels/toothbrush/toilet paper refill, and it took hours for them to bring them in.
The air-con of my room was making teriible noise occasionally. Surely it requires maintanence.
Water temp in the shower was fluctuating a lot. Water pressure was weak!
Terrible experience with this hotel and I will surely not stay again in this one,

very convenient to go around the beach front and surrounding area like terminal 21 and 7 eleven , although washing machine is not functioning properly otherwise would be perfect place to stay
