The rooms were spotlessly clean breakfast was very good staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble mayis on reception and bar was wonderful

Nice communal areas.
The bedroom doors need soft close, or a noise reduction solution because they are heavy and bang very loudly. The windows on the main road side are very poorly insulated. The vmc fan in the bathroom is louder than the norm. The bathroom door is too big for the hole so it either stays open or gets stuck if you force it.

There was evening meals but would have like to see chips on the menu. no tea or coffee in the room but you could bring up drinks from downstairs.

It was clean and parking was very big. Staff was pleasant but nothing over the top.
Rooms smelled like smoke. Very basic rooms, and the carpet grossed me out. The breakfast was very basic. I did not like being called at 10 o'clock to be told that we needed to be quiet because the person under us was on medication. why would you put a family with children in a room where we need to be quiet at 10 pm in the summer. My son had gotten hurt and was crying and the called me to tell me to get him to stop.
