Highly recommend this hotel

The staff is super helpful. The rooma are ok. Clean bathrooms, ths room gets super bright as soon as the sun comes up, no blackout curtains. The breakfast is ok.

The hotel is close to the center from Fira so you can easily access the restaurants and shop area. The main bus station is also a 5 min walk if you are interested to go to Oia for example. The Lobby personell was very friendly and explained the main turistic points of Santorini according to what we wanted to see. Breakfast was also very nice.

Perfect location for exploring the town. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and sunset bars in town centre,

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Anemnesis! From booking through our entire stay, the staff was outstanding. They were able to help us with tours, questions & had great suggestions when we were there. Our room was just as pictured! We recommend staying here. It is a short walk to everything in Fira. Breakfasts were perfect too.

Very convenient to reach out and strategically placed close to the centre of Fira. Local bus station close by makes Anemnesis well placed in respect to public services. Structure is super clean, neat and very well managed. Theodosia and her staff are super available with advice and suggestions to make tue staying in Santorini unforgettable. Will be back there.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel, great location and peaceful with a lovely pool to relax. Service was great with friendly staff and very helpful with our requirements and information.

The property was clean and staff were very kind and helpful. The receptionist briefed us on all the must see places on the island too which was very helpful. However the superior room which we had was smaller than pictures showed, the road outside constantly has cars going past, our view was interrupted by a large unmanaged piece of land and we had 2 power cuts during our stay, after which our hot tub was no longer hot. Nice place and decent enough compared to a lot of hotels. But for the money we spent, I would not come to Santorini, much better places to spend your money and get more for it.

Good for everything

We had a great stay! Theodosia was exceptionally helpful and welcoming as were the other staff throughout our stay! The room had an amazing view from the balcony and was quite comfortable. The property was conveniently located yet still quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and on our last day we had to leave for the airport before breakfast would be open so they arranged a takeaway box for us. This is one example of the amazing hospitality. We’ll stay here again!!

Nice property with great staff!

Nice Location

Not quite what i expected on arrival, but i stayed here for 9 nights, and it was great. Had room 7 with the private hottub, which was great. The staff were excellent, and really helpful with tips on restaurants and things to do.

Nice touch from hotel staff in our room to welcome us on our honeymoon and the only of our hotels in santorini to do so! The hot tub was the best part of the stay! Clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

Pretty and small hotel in main location of Fira without the noise and foot traffic! Very nice and generous staff, super helpful and attentive. Yummy free breakfast, too. If I go back to Santorini I hope to stay there again.

Liked location.can be noisy with traffic on the road. Problem with noise from dogs barking but not hotels fault. The corners of the beds are a problem, you can easily hurt yourself walking round the beds as the bed frames extend more then the mattressses.this is not unique to this hotel only. Not child friendly enough where the family room our relatives had.too steep staircase and narrow. More of a make do family room . Don’t like the idea of leaving room keys when going out, if no one in attendance leaving keys on the reception desk isn’t good. Anyone can take the keys which have a safe key on them because there is not always someone there to receive them. Also when returning the reception was not always manned to get your keys back so you had to wait. You could not always ring the reception belll as this was removed from the counter. Look over the other side of the counter and ther weeper all the the room keys that were left that anyone could take.that means acsess to rooms and safes. I never left my room keys. These points are not complaints . But viable points to take into account. Would we stay here again. Most definitely. The breakfasts are better than advertised and the staff do everything to give you the best.

We book a room described as a duplex. When we arrived the room is a loft with steep stairs to to loft level. We requested another room. We were informed that no other rooms were available. We are to be let out of our obligation as the stairs would be dangerous for us to go up and down. The management refused even with a phone call from Hotels.com. We had to get a room at a different hotel so the 3 nights . Costing us the price for 2 hotels. None of the rooms in the information for this hotel looked anything like this shabby looking room.

Staff at this hotel were amazing. Great location just on the outskirts of town. Very quiet and relaxing. Room was spacious and very clean. Would definately recommend this hotel.

The service and staff were brilliant. Fantastic breakfast and located about 5 mins walk from Fira main square. Pool is very relaxing. Very clean, big and comfortable room.

The services from the staff are amazing! They are very helpful in any of your requests in getting a tour, renting a car and any other enquiries. Thumbs up to their services!!! The breakfast spread is good, location is near to bus station and yet away from the busy street. A nice accommodation in Fira!

A lovely hotel in a great location! Spotlessly clean, all staff were wonderful, bed was slightly too hard for us and quite noisy doors but a fab stay!!

Felt newly renovated and good location away from the more noisy part of Fira but still close enough to walk there in a few minutes.
