This was our second visit to the facility. It's a great family spot. Full kitchen means you can bring your own food and a big common room with pool table and foosball lends for a great night. Centrally located with a bed and hot shower. Prefect.

I've never stayed somewhere so quiet. Usually we need to use a sound machine to drown out hallway/outside noise for my toddler, but we forgot to take it out of the car and it wasn't even an issue. The mattresses, pillows and bedding were all super comfortable. I slept better than I have in 4 star hotels. We'll definitely be back!

Linens are provided. Kitchenette has no cookware or dishes. Very basic, kind of grimy, but the price is right. Would stay again.

There were stains on my bedsheets and comforter, and although there were laundry facilities I do not see why I need to wash my own bedding?
Towels were dirty upon check in.
I ended up checking out a day early and finding a new location to stay.

Perfect location for what I need. Second time staying here this year and have been very happy. Very clean friendly staff. My only problem was the battery in the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they came over and changed the battery. I think they need to review how often they replace the batteries.

The property was clean and quiet. However the right venue was very hard to find. The first building
I went in to had limited info on where I was to go to check in! There was 3 choices. The room was clean, sparse but comfortable. It was very quiet. I’m not sure I would pay more than we did on a return trip.

Excellent clean accommodations! Loved that there was 2 separate bedrooms and full kitchen to use ! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and well kept. No weird smells. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not often you can find somewhere nice to stay for under $100. Will stay here again if traveling through North Bay.

It was very clean and well-maintained. I did find it a bit noisy but not the hotels fault that babies were crying just thin walls. The checkout was frustrating as the door was locked and I had to ring a door bell to check out and the guy working finally came out and noticed me but had earphones in. Not a great idea when you need to hear a ringing bell.

The check-in person was not very knowledgeable nor helpful. Our interac cards (2) were not working nor was our Visa. Thank God that we had cash to pay. He could have told us that there an ATM machine right outside the front door. Was not impressed by him. Also we had asked for a bathroom with a bath and we got a room with only a shower. It would also be helpful that if two people are checking that each person gets their own soaps in the bathroom instead of just one for two guests to share.

It was no communicated that the room door does not lock as you leave. Someone had set off the fire alarm on my second night, but the room was comfortable and most of the communication from staff was excellent. I would stay again. Only thing they could improve in my opinion is to have a microwave in the kitchen area.

This place is awesome! Super great price. Location is about three or four minutes from all the hotspots – grocery stores, restaurants. Timmies, LCBO. Literally, walking distance, as long as you’re not lazy like I am! But definitely a three minute drive! You really can’t beat this place

I've been doing fishing trips to North Bay for a few years now. Previously I'd stay at a motel chain but decided to try Residence and Conference centre a go. I not only saved money on the accommodations but also on food. No need to eat restaurant food every day. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and a/c was amazing. Internet speed was good. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing you should be aware of is the lack of housekeeping. It was fine for me as I was alone so didn't need extra towels etc. I would suggest that an additional garbage bag or 2 wouldn't hurt.

While this lacks the amenities of a typical hotel, you get more for your money. Please note its not really close to anything but there are restaurants and shopping a few minutes away by car.

The only problem I had was that when I went to find the directions to it, Google maps took me all the way up to the University. But it’s the college residence, so I wasted time trying to locate it. Better signage is needed! Otherwise beds were comfy sheets were clean bathroom was very clean and we had two separate bedrooms, which is very nice.

I arrived in North Bay late at night without a reservation. Based on a short stay, i didnt want to spend over $200 at another near by hotel. I cannot stress how clean my room, full kitchen and bathroom were. No tv, hair dryer or phone but as for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this residence checked all the boxes. The only slight inconvenience was that I had to check in at one building and drive 2 buildings further down to where I was staying. No big deal.

Really enjoyed my stay, as this continues to grow and some basic items are included in the room (kettle, dishes cookware) it will be or an even better place to stay.
