Good

Lovely property with fantastic views over the lake. Food was great and there is a lovely little bar area (with sofas) and live music several times a week. Leisure facilities are very good - beautiful outdoor pool and indoor spa facilities. It was difficult to find someone to serve at the bar (particularly during the evenings as the staff were all assigned in the restaurant). Rooms were OK but basic and the beds were very uncomfortable (with 2 single beds pushed together for a double). But very spacious balconies with views. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. if if we’re not for the discomfort of the beds, we would return.

Expensive but a great place to cisit

The staff service was impeccable. Location was ok and only a short walk to the lakeside.

The cost of the room was expensive and the pool was small for the number of guests. The view from the room was lovely but hindered by the buildings in front.

Nice hotel and the staff is very friendly.

My apartament view a breathtaking view of Maggiore Lake was big enough and the breakfast was fancy!

Sofa for the kids wasn't so comfortable and the hair dryer was dirty and full of hair of the previous client!

Great place for short stay.

Breakfast and Dinner were great. Dinner was a bit expensive but delicious. Breakfast was delicious and one can order to the room. Fantastic to eat with lake view.

The room was not very nice to the eye. Old uncomfortable sofa. Bad lighting and alcohol free mini bar. No AC but ceiling fan instead. Not bad but not amazing as well. Not a place you want to spend much time. Balcony very large and beautiful views.

Very comfortable and friendly, but for the price expected more

Electric toilet seat kept opening every time you walk in bathroom, even if not near to it, then had to hear a loud peeping noise when it shuts automatically again, annoying at night. No hot water at night.

A little bit of a hidden gem, a smallish hotel which we enjoyed. What we appreciated especially is the large size room with a large size balcony, comfortable for 3 people too. We enjoyed lounging in the sun by the pool, and were happy to discover that there was an indoor pool for when it rained. The hotel also has its own swimming platform on the lake. There is currently no breakfast buffet but I loved the way they have solved this by offering a number of breakfast menus each including bread basket, fruit or smoothie, fried/scrambled/boiled egg etc, cold cuts or pancake… once it was all on the table it looked as if you had been to a buffet. Everyone was very friendly.

Very old hotel which lacks cleanliness

The lake views are nice, the staff was friendly

Unpleasant smell in the lobby area, very old facilities (I’d say the hotel needs a refurbishment already since 10 years), dirty and old couch in the room, cherry on the cake: dirty bed sheets with plenty of hair in it (we of course asked the staff to change it, which they gladly did, but it didn’t help to erase the feeling that the whole room was filthy). We tried to go to a different hotel but unfortunately, everything was fully booked, otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed there and I strongly discourage you from going there.
