The was our second stay here. We are fans of this hotel. It’s clean, well located and serves a good breakfast. Thanks to Jorge for his great service. Room is spacious for NYC. Staff are friendly.We will return.

If the beds are a bit more firm that would be amazing. Otherwise it was a perfect stay overall.

Rooms were great, breakfast was very good, check in was later than written , overall staff at reception were friendly, a couple of them you could tell they werent keen on talking to customers.
Not enough table space at breakfast had to que some mornings to find a place to sit

The room was nice an spacious. I think the rooms need some love. The pillows are terrible and the mattress was not comfortable and was squeaky. The TV did not work properly. Channel kept freezing.
I will be back cause the location is great.

Good property. Rooms good size, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was not so good . Very few tables for the amount of rooms at the hotel and was abit rushed and not enjoyable. Food was borderline

Loved the location checkin was great and we enjoyed our bottles of water and snacks. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was the tv only had a few channels. Weren't in the room much but after a long day in the city a nice comfortable bed was appreciated.

The room was clean and in good condition. Area is a little desolate, but I felt safe. One harassing problem: sales people in lobby trying to get you to but Hilton vacation package.

Brilliant place to stay in Manhattan. Easy walk to Times Square, Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Included breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant in every interaction. As expected in. Ew York, room was small but enough.

We enjoyed our stay at this location because it was convenient to many of the things we wanted to do, and the rooms were so spacious and nice! We traveled with three kids and have a suite of that size made our stay so much more comfortable than some of the tiny rooms we saw at other places online. Also, the breakfast was excellent, the staff, especially Kelley and Shanay, were very kind and helpful.

I loved that the rooms had a kitchen but the room itself is so small.
2 adults and 1 children and it was a tight squeeze once the sofa bed was opened- the sofa was not a full size sofa.

Sheets had a bloodstain on them. There were also stains on the bed frame and other pieces of furniture in the room. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

The staff at reception was ok, but the staff/ cleaning crew around the main floor and the breakfast staff was STELLAR. Friendly, helpful and always down for a good laugh. The room was so-so. Loud fridge and annoying ac dripping the whole night but the products in the bathroom and kitchenette was a game changer. We were on the second floor and it was very loud at night, but we passed out around 8pm with our toddler, so it was our own fault going to bed that early. Wed nights they have an appreciation eve for the guests which was wonderful. Overall the experience was good. Special thanks to Shanay from the Honours program. She is a kind and wonderful person. Such a gift.

Very nicely located in midtown. Not too far away from the real hustle and bustle of Time Square and Rockefeller Center. Easy walk to Hudson Yard shops, Macy's, Penn Station and Madison Square Garden.

We enjoyed the breakfast, very nice selection. This is a very cozy hotel with a lot of amenities; however, having Hilton agents in the lobby who were advertising timeshares was not expected, and felt uncomfortable. It felt like the agents were soliciting the guests, which should be advertised at a concierge desk instead of the hotel lobby.

We had to wait an hour to receive our room. Once we got our room, it was the wrong type of room. Instead of getting us into the correct room, they chose to give us a rollaway bed, this also took quite a bit of time to get to our room. Some of the staff was accommodating and welcoming, others looked like they didn’t want to be there. The perks of the hotel are location and breakfast options, it’s typical hotel breakfast, nothing out of this world. Coffee is a hit or a miss.

The beds and bedding were pretty old and ragged. It did the job, but would of preferred some more updated pillows and sheets. The mattresses seemed cheap as well. The cable would “buffer” on some channels making it unwatchable. I guess for the price I would of expected more. The breakfast made up for a lot.

Doors are really heavy and they make a lot of noise. They slam.
TV service is horrible. Channels that had no sound and signal was really weak and got lost a lot. Channels were not available.

This was my first trip to NYC. I was hesitant staying around Times Square because of some of the other reviews. I was HIGHLY impressed with this property. The location. The staff. The rooms were clean. Obviously the "included breakfast " isn't going to be a 5 star meal. But I really liked the fact that each morning it was something different. I have 3 older teens. So getting the morning started with a full belly was helpful. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you homewood team!!!!

We were a family of 5, Location was great, easy access to subway, staff allowed us to hold our luggage before and after check in time. we would stay again.
